Philippine residence at Purok Chicos Campo 3, Jaclupan Talisay City, Cebu
6045, do hereby MAKE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, ATTY. LUCKY
JOY A. DOMINGO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of M Place,
Tower D, Panay Ave., South Triangle, Quezon City, Philippines, as my true
and lawful attorney, agent, representative, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To represent me and verify my records in the Bureau of

Immigration (BI), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI),
Philippine National Police (PNP), and Philippine Courts.

2. To apply and receive on my behalf Clearances/Certifications

from the above-stated government agencies.

3. To pay the necessary fees relative to the above-mentioned process

and documents.

4. To sign, and file before an office/court/s any appropriate legal

remedy such as Petition to lift Black List Order (BLO) issued
against my name;

5. To represent me in the Pre-Trial/ Preliminary

Conference/Trial/Presentation of Evidence, in connection with
my Petition for Recognition of Foreign Judgment;, with full power:

a. To enter into stipulations and admissions of facts and

documents;
b. To agree to the simplification of issues or to the necessary
desirability of amendments of the pleadings;
c. To obtain or make stipulations or admissions of facts and of
documents to avoid necessary proof and/or to limit the
numbers of witnesses;
d. To agree to the rendition of judgment on the pleadings,
summary judgment (if lawful or possible), or to the
dismissal of the case should a valid ground thereof exist or
for the suspension of the proceedings;
e. To perform or to agree to such matters as may aid in the
prompt disposition of cases;
f. To present my evidence and testify for and in my behalf;
 6. To file appropriate documents or legal remedies to clear any
criminal or derogatory records in my public records;

7. To sign and execute such document/s in the exercise of the said

authority and to perform such acts as She may deem necessary
and proper to be done in connection therewith.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present, and to
substitute one or more attorney/s.
