This office is thankful for your cooperation regarding removal of women

Police Station to enable this office to start work at Package – I of the subject cited
project whereas the existing structure at site of Package – II is also required to be
removed at the earliest as almost three months have already lapsed since the issuance of
work order for the said Package vide No.15-21/SDSP/PCU/1-W Dated 21/06/2017.

RI House at the earliest being the custodian and competent authority for the said work
in the best interest of the Government.

Subject: CONSTRUCTION OF WATCH TOWERS IN FUNNEL AREA OF BACHA

KHAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PESHAWAR.

Kindly refer to subject cited above and your letter No.15760/BC dated

25/08/2017 wherein it is to inform you that the Technical Evaluation of the

contractors bids is already under process and the Work Orders shall soon be issued

after approval Financial Bids and all other codal formalities. Therefore, it is requested

that site clearance and availability of respective sites/lands for all the watch towers may

please be ensured in the interest of work.

It is further added that this office will make all necessary arrangements to

provide electric connections for all the Watch Towers after fulfilling all requirements as

per PESCO Demand Note. Furthermore, it is to inform you that there is no provision for

Solar Panel System in the approved scope of work as per PC-I for the above referred

project, however, the same may be initiated at an appropriate level by your good office in

the interest of the project.
