TRANSPORT AGREEMENT / CONTRACT

This Agreement is made at this 2 nd day of January 2020 between

KWANG JIN INDIA AUTOSYSTEMS PVT LTD., a company
registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having plant at Plot
No.G8, G9 and G10, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Mambakkam post,
Pondhur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District,
represented by its HR Manager which expression unless repugnant
to the context or meaning there of shall include its legal heirs,
executors / administrators, legal representatives / successors and
assigns by these presents on the ONE PART;

AND

DO FORT WORLD MK PVT LTD, having its Office at 2/165

Avadi Main Road, Seenirkuppam Chennai represented by its
Proprietor Mr. Morthy, which expression shall include his legal
heirs, executors / administrators, legal representatives / successors
and assigns by these presents on the OTHER PART;

WHEREAS Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt Ltd., had granted

M/s. Lakshmi Travels & Transport, Chennai (hereinafter referred as
Contractor) who had offered his vehicle to transport Kwang jin
India Autosystems Pvt Ltd. Employees to various places as and
when required.
Now this agreement is witnesseth as follows:

1. The contractor has to provide van for transporting Kwang Jin

India Autosystems Pvt Ltd. staff members. This contract is
extendable for additional vehicles as and when required by
Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt Ltd. on the mutual consent
of both the parties in writing at the agreed rates.

2. This contract will be for a period of 3 year and may be

extendable on mutual consent of both the parties.

3. The monthly rental will be Rs.1,50000/- (Rupees Ninety Six

Thousand Only) per month for a van which includes for 26
working days in a month with cumulative of 70 Loads. This
rental includes permit charges, etc.

5. The Tollgate charges shall be paid by DO FORT WORLD

MK PRIVATE LTD

6. Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt Ltd. agrees to pay Rs.1800

(Two Thousand Five Hundred) per additional Load . for
running above the Loads Fixed Per Month.

7. The above rates are exclusive of normal Government taxes

such as service tax and other levies from time or time.
8. The Contractor binds himself to provide the service for 26
days to Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt Ltd. without fail.
The Trip starts from the Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt
Ltd to Customer factory or as directed by the authorized
representative of Kwang Jin India Autosystems Pvt Ltd.

9. The Contractor is wholly liable and responsible for

compliances of all the laws covering Motor Vehicle Act and
Traffic Rules.

10. Kwang Jin Inda Autosystems Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to
make use of the transport service on weekly holidays and also
during nights on the instruction of the authorized officials of
the company. For such additional trips, the payment shall be
made on prorate basis.

11. If vehicle reports delay late by more than 5 minutes at the

start point and delay to plant due to departure point will be a
penalty of Rs.1000/- per instance will be charged to the
Contractor and will be recovered from his monthly bills.

12. The Contactor has to submit the bills on or before 1st of every
succeeding English Calendar month and Kwang Jin India
Autosystems Pvt Ltd. agrees to settle the same on 10 th of the
same month.
13. This contract can be terminated by either side by giving 30
days notice or payment in lieu of that.

IN THE WITNESS THEREOF THESE PRESENTS HAVE

BEEN SIGNED THE DAY FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
