SUBJECT: ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2023

I. INTRODUCTION

DROM AF:

KC-NCDDP-AF Implementation is in the process of harmonizing the Community Driven Development with the
local planning process in the municipality of Calubian. The CDD approach has been a proven and effective
strategy in mobilizing the project stakeholders and community volunteers during its planning, budgeting and
implementation. At this point, the team has already facilitated the prior stages and activities which include the
Situational Analysis and Planning. Stage 1 is composed of 3 major activities; MDRRMC Meeting, BDRRMC
meeting and COVID-19 Assessment and Needs Analysis. These aforementioned activities are the prerequisite to
the Identification and Implementation of their corresponding sub-projects which will address the problems
identified.

III. ANALYSIS

The Area/Municipal Coordinating team managed to conduct activities in the barangay amidst the challenges
brought by the pandemic and the local climate, weather and Low pressure areas. The LCE Mayor Batiancela Jr.,
the Municipal Nutrition Council, the MDRRM Council and other stakeholders and partners are supportive of the
DSWD KC NCDDP.
