▶ Features and Advantages


■ High concentration wastewater is directly used as pressurized water
When it comes to high-concentration wastewater treatment, polling and microbubble spray nozzles are blocked
in case the treated water is directly used as pressurized water in the saturator of a general high-efficiency floatation
equipment. Since this can cause a problem in the system, uneconomical systems that use separate freshwater to
produce saturated water have been adopted.
TASET`s high efficiency floatation equipment adopts a method that increases the contact area between a pressurized
water and compressed air by pulverizing the injected compressed air with a two-stage saturator using an ejector
without using polling that causes blockage in the saturator. Since the fine spray nozzle is not used, there is no clogging
of the saturator and nozzle even if the high concentration treated wastewater is directly used as pressurized water.
Thanks to the structure that can use any kind of treated water as the pressurized water, there is no limit to the scope
of application.
■ Excellent Sludge Removal Rate
With the two-stage saturator method, the air is dissolved in saturated water twice, generating up to 40% more ultra-
fine bubbles than the conventional method.
Due to the high density of ultra-fine bubbles, the sludge removal rate in the treated water is excellent, and the sludge
removal rate of at least 95% more is guaranteed.
A certain amount of BOD and COD are removed in proportion to the sludge removal, and also total phosphorus
treatment is possible when PAC is injected.
It can also be used to remove floating substances including oils that cannot be settled by gravity and, also provides
an excellent treatment effect for removing sludge that is difficult to settle as it contains fine bubbles generated
during the aeration process in a biological reaction tank.
■ Convenient Operation
The mechanical configuration of the specially developed automatic two-stage saturator is very simple, so there is no
need for a separate complex measuring equipment, PLC, or control valve in connection with it.
All operations are automatically operated by the mechanical system in the two-stage saturator, so the operator does
