 Manages over-all project ac vi es such as Construc on (Contractor’s QA / QC
procedure and contract implementa on), Procurement Coordina on (trades and
Owner Supplied Materials), Quan ty Surveying Works, Construc on
Documenta on and Project Close Out (Value Engineering and Varia on Orders).

 Construc on Ac vi es
o Contractor’s Construc on methodology evalua on and recommenda ons.
o Contractor’s Safety Program Evalua on and Implementa on.
o Facilita on and Management of Weekly Coordina on Mee ng.
o As per plan specifica ons implementa on and monitoring.
o Construc on Schedule monitoring, evalua on and assessment.
o Contractor’s Manpower, Tools and Equipment monitoring and assessment.
o Contractor’s Func onality Tes ng, Punchlis ng and Handover
Management and Assistance.

 Procurement Assistance and Coordina on


o General Contractor, Trades and Specialty contractor coordina on and
scheduling
o OSM (Owner Supplied Material) procurement assistance, OSM
quan fica on and mely requisi on and delivery.
o Evalua on, Assessment and Procurement assistance of trades and
Specialty Contractors.

 Quan ty Surveying Works


o Contractor’s Proposal Evalua on and Recommenda on
o Accomplishment Billing Assessment and Recommenda on
o Varia on / Change Order Evalua on and Recommenda on
o Value Engineering Recommenda on

 Documenta on and Project Close-Out


o Request and Inspec on Forms
o Project Documenta on on material and methodologies approval
o Design changes and varia ons documenta ons
o Contractor signed-off documents
o Project turnover and func onality documents (warran es, a c stocks and
manuals).
