Chapter 1.0 Introduction

ID551 is a DIN rail housing process weighing terminal,Target to


industry process weighing, bagging PAC support

filling, packaging and blending system applications,it is very easy to


build a master/slave controlling system via RS232/485 serial port with
touch screen and PLC host devices,ID551 is a very good solution for
one master/multi-scale slaves system.

Chapter 2.0 Keypad and Menu

2.1 Keypad

Key Description
〖ZERO〗, in home page, Zero Scale if gross weight in Zero range.
In setup mode, as ESC Key or Exit Key

〖TARE〗。In home page, Tare scale and save the current weight as tare
weight. In setup mode, increse cycly.

〖Clear〗。In net mode, clear tare and go back to gross weight mode.
In setup mode, Move to right cycly.

〖Enter〗。In home page, Enter setup mode


In Setup mode,Accept chage and go back to next step.

-0-Bucket Mode with Bag Clamping Control

Start/ Stop
When input 24VDC and keep IN1 on, indicator work in auto bagging mode
If IN1 OFF, indicator complete the current bagging and then work in stop mode

[4.2 ] IN2
Stop and last bag command
OFF-> ON , this rising edge inform indicator process the last bag function, stop
filling and then total weight and then complete this bag.
In general IN1 OFF first and then keep IN2 ON some time

[4.3 ] IN3
Enable or disable empty, before start empty, checking IN3 first, it is necessary to
make sure IN3 off and then start empty.
ON - Disable empty(weight out)
OFF – Enable empty

[4.4 ] IN4
OFF  ON : start empty

[4.5 ] IN5

5.1 Preset point feature

 If the fine feed quantity is not 0, it is a dual-speed preset point; otherwise, it is a


single-speed preset point (only a slow feed process).
 Enable start/cancel, start/pause/continue, start/pause/cancel, etc
 If set starting value,it will confirm whether the weight heavier than the threshold
value at start.If so,use Preset Point.
 If use auto tare,it will auto tare after start then use Preset Point.
 Enable Tolerance Monitoring
 Enable Run/pause status output
