Work Procedure / Instruction

1. Turn on the main breaker and switch on the machine


power "ON".

2. Select and mount to spindle the proper tooling(end Speed Selector base on material to be use
mill, face mill, center drill, drill bit) in the process
required(boring, milling etc.)

3. Select the spindle speed in the speed selector manual.


Mount the workpiece on the working vise.

4. Turn ON the spindle switch and check the emergency


stop.

5. Turn ON the spindle switch and proceed in the


machining process required based on the request
drawing.

6. Switch OFF the machine, main breaker and CLEAN the


machine after use.

Spindle Speed Selector
1. Turn on the main breaker and switch on the machine
power "ON".

2. Select the proper speed depending on the work process


and material required. (threading, facing, Threading and Pitch Selector
turning, boring). Reverse / Neutral / Forward switch

3. Select the reverse/forward switch to run the machine Machine Clutch Break
and check the effectiveness of clutch break and emergency
stop.

4. Mount the workpiece to the spindle and dial the


workpiece if necessary.

5. Check and select the effectiveness of cutting tool to be Tailstock

1. Turn on the main breaker and switch on the machine


power "ON".

2. Check the magnetizing chuck switch, spindle switch and


table switch.

3. Mount the grinding wheel to be needed and dress the


grinding stone thru dresser.

4. Place the workpiece in the table / bed, place the


magneting chuck level to its maximum magnet level and
check the workpiece if there is any movement after the
magnet is engage.

5. Turn ON the vacuum dust collector switch, coolant


switch and check the emergency stop button.

6. Proceed to grinding process based on the required


request drawing.

7. Switch OFF the machine, main breaker and CLEAN the


machine after use.
