VALIDITY TEST

Validation test is obtained by correlating each question item with the overallquestion score.
Questions are said to be validif the Pearson correlation coefficient (rcount) is greaterthan rtable. If
rcount > rtable, otherwisethe question is declared invalidand not includedin the next calculation.
To test the validity, the statistical programpackage, SPSS version 25, was used.
RELIABILITY TEST

mean the data is normally distributed.

SIMPLE LINEAR REGRESSION

The regression model is obtained as follows:


Y = 14.133 - 0.167 X

1. The constant value means that when the Work Stress (X) is zero,
Turnover Intention is influenced by Work Stress.

2. The regression coefficient b means that if the Work Stress


variable (X) increases by one unit, the turnover intention (Y) will
decrease by 0.167. The regression coefficient is negative, which
means that Work Stress has a negative influence on turnover
intention.
CONCLUSION
1. The overall work stress at PT. Radio Litasari (XChannel) has a value of 64.1%, which falls into the category of quite
acceptable to the employees. Role Ambiguity, with a value of 66.8%, has the highest value in the Work Stress variable.
Work Relationship, which has a rating of 60.6%, has the lowest value.

2. The Turnover Intention at PT. Radio Litasari (XChannel) is classified as high overall with a value of 43.5%. The
dimension with the highest value in the Turnover Intention variable is Thinking of Quitting, with a value of 49.9%.
Evaluation of Alternative the Company, which has a value of 40%, is the dimension with the lowest value.

3. Work stress has a considerable negative impact on the turnover intention of the employees at PT. Radio Litasari to
leave their jobs (XChannel).
