    Dear Ma’am,
    Please accept my sincere apology for not following the instructions you’ve
    made. I understand that my behavior showed inappropriate and disrespectful. I
    want to apologize for the misconduct and being irresponsible. I will surely change
    my behavior and will definitely take this seriously as I’m a Student Intern.
    Please forgive me and provide me another chance to prove myself. Rest
    assured that this would not happen again. I will try my best to catch up whatever I
    have been missed.
    I shall be very grateful to you for your kindness and consideration.
