decision points The presentation of process considerations a team will use to create their way of
working

Disciplined Agile A toolkit that uses hundreds of Agile practices to help a team find their best way of
working

flow view The Disciplined Agile view that contains life cycles and workflows

mindset view The Disciplined Agile view that includes principles, promises, and guidelines

options The subset of the decision points that considers the very small practices and strategies

people view The Disciplined Agile view that considers the roles and responsibilities in a team or
organization
