7. Toilet fills, flushes, and doesn’t make weird noises (FLUSH WITH TOILET PAPER)

9. Seal around base of toilet for caulking
10 . Waterline for toilet and where it connects to back wall. No leaking
11. Countertops for chips or scratches
12. Cabinets for nicks or scratches
13. Cabinets close and open properly (good alignment)
14. Window glass and seal around window are in good condition
15. Vent fan is working
16. Caulking and seal around tub/shower
17. Lighting working correctly and vanity lighting is centered
18. All fixtures are even (towel rack and washcloth hanger)
19. Toilet paper holder in good condition (aligned and even)
20. No chipped or uneven tile flooring
21. No rust stains on sinks or tubs
22. Check for caulk splatters on tiles countertops or wall
23. Faucets are unscratched
24. Paint and Walls and door frame are in good condition.
25. Check linen closet door and inside of linen closet
26. Blinds
27. Windows
28. All doors lock and are aligned properly
29. Check walk in closet for imperfections
30. Check to make sure all tile is even and grouting looks good.
31. Shower door in good working condition
