Regarding the seats of the colleges included in the Second
Admission Round of MBBS-BDS courses.
Reference 1) State CET office Notification No-03 dated 07/08/2023
2) Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik Letter No. M.V./
S.V./ EO/ Degree & Post Graduate/ 2010/ 2023 Dated 07/08/2023

As per the NEET-UG-2023 Information Brochure, Clause No.9,

"Seat distribution is subject to change as per instruction of 1) Government of India,
2) Resepctive Central Council (NMC/DCI/NCISM/NCH etc.) 3) Government of
Maharashtra and 4) Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik (MUHS)". NEET-
UG-2023 seat matrix for MBBS/BDS course was declared on 31/07/2023.
However, above reference No.1 under the State CET Cell Notice No.3 some
colleges had not received the necessary approval for admission and hence were not
included in CAP-1. As per reference no.2 of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences,
Nashik letter dated 08/08/2023 the said colleges have been permitted by the University.
Therefore the said colleges will be included in the second admission round.
