Build Comments: Galactus’ Punisher Robots rarely show up anymore, but from time to time
he brings them out to deal with cosmic threats. One of them was able to beat The Thing once
so PL10 felt about right, especially considering that they will have the Minion rule working
against them a lot since he normally sends them en masse against characters like Thanos.
