TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

Dear all final year students of ME / CE / EE programmes,

Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) is a conglomerate, ranked among the top five companies in India’s private sector.

technology and services to the Indian Industry.

Wants to do recruitments of Junior Engineer Trainees (JET) and Designer Trainee (DT) - 2023 for L&T
Energy – Hydrocarbon Business. They will be placed anywhere in India and Abroad.

The JET and DT Training Scheme and the Eligibility Criteria is given below:
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidates should either have completed or in process of completing their diploma course in
May / June 2023.
2. The score in SSC should minimum 60% or above.
3. Diploma Aggregate score after the Final year/semester results should be minimum 60%.
4. Number of backlogs / ATKTs should not be more than TWO.
(Backlogs / ATKTs – Subject not cleared in the first attempt. All live as well as dead backlogs /
ATKTs to be counted as the total no. of backlogs throughout the history of engineering for the
purpose of eligibility. The subjects not cleared in the regular semester, for any reason, should be
treated as 2nd attempt).
5. No drop in any semester/ year throughout diploma course.
6. Designer Trainee (DT) will have bond for 4 years of Rs. 2 Lakhs
7. Age Not more than 23 years as on 1st July 2023.
8. Branch: Civil,Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Chemical

Training Scheme: Duration of Training: 1 year Probation: Duration of Probation: 1 year

Stipend: During Training: Rs. 2.50 lacs per annum

On successful completion of probation period candidates will be absorbed in SUPERVISORY GRADE (S1) grade
those who joined as JET and DT will absorbed in SUPERVISORY GRADE (S2) grade after two years of
completion of their joining.
