Q – We are the students in the 3rd year 1 st semester in SLIIT & we have module called Human Computer
Interaction. Under this module we must choose a website with usability issues therefore we choose to
DIVINE online website. Okay?

Q – Thank you Yasiru. Can I ask some questions regarding your experience on this site?

A –Okay go on

Q - Do you have any experience with this kind of website?

A – Yes, I have used some websites in purchasing

Q - What do you think of the registration and log-in processes?

A – It pretty much better, but I am not fully satisfied with those pages because the error messages are
also displaying in same color letters and the pages are not very attractive and there are too many
white spaces.

Q – Okay, what do you think of the website's landing page and initial impression?

A – Yaa, in the home page it is not very attractive, and I want to more scrolling to find my items in the
home page and the most important one is they displaying some discount banners in the landing page,
but it is not highlighted properly. And the other one is they used poor color matching because I think
that color matching is in low contrast.

Q - What do you think of the product selection and shopping cart?

A – The main fault in selecting a food item is, if I select an item and add it into the cart then it directly
navigated into the cart page, so I think it’s a problem in this site. And in the cart page there is also
some low contrast in some texts that are wanting to be more highlighted example something like
subtotal.

Q - How did you find the ordering process to be? Is it simple to place the order you want?

A – No, there are so many excessive clicks and the color matching in that pages are very poor because
the background color is black and there is also having low contrast in some texts and there is some
issue in hierarchy of the letters

Q - What do you think of the pages that make up the checkout process?
A – When I order an item the delivery status as the pickup one then there is more scrolling jacking in
that page and there are long forms. So, I think it’s not a very user friendly one.

Q – Okay, can you give an overall idea about this site like how about the colors, loading speed, and
designs like that and give any suggestions do you have.

A - Yaa. In my opinion, this website could be improved because it has several issues with slow page
loads, poor color matching, low contrast, and an excess of white space. If these problems are fixed, I
believe this website would become more thorough and excellent.
