From the thinking preference, I have derived myself as a good implementor and ideator, both

has the highest rank and score as well. Position of developer and clarifier are on 2nd place and

3rd place. I can imagine the ideas and technology, new concepts but I am not able to create the

prototype or model of it. I’m not developer, but my personality is to work consistent and give

my best, 10 out of 10.

I am also believing that I am a good implementor. From my experience I have sense that I am an

action-oriented and determined person. I have a strong command over decision making skills.

And I love to take unidentified projects and tasks which makes me risk raker. As an

implementor I do not need the sense that others are moving fast compared to me, I consider

myself as independent, I have trust on my knowledge, skills, and experience. Though I’m

implementor, I’m not short tempered or frustrated impatient. I took things very calmy and if

there is problem or difficulty, I go for solutions of it not being frustrated on it.

I want to share my experience I was working as production planning engineer, at that time in

my firm all the production planning and daily production report are done manually or

documented basis (Hard Copy) but I and my general manager worked to change the system and

we together identify the new system which is totally digital, we can also track the product as

well. For that I just give ideas and information to the manager he worked on it and finalize the

best system. My part comes now, I just implemented this system with great enthusiasm and

accept the changes, tried to be shaped myself and make best utilization of that system.
There are other daily life experiences as well which proves that I’m a good identifier.

I am lucky that I have two thinking preference at the same time. Now talking about another

thinking preference, it is ideator. I am a person who is playful with free mind always try to

accept the new changes, challenges, and new cultures as well. I am extrovert person always try

to talk with stranger people and make them new friends. As a social person I’m good at

relationship building, communication and leadership skills. Working duties, social responsibility

(as a married person, I’m) and studying proves my flexibility. Social life all professional life I’m

flexible at both the lives. My experience which I shared here as planning engineer proves I’m

course in scheduled, I’m very excited to attend it I’m

very happy and energetic after attending it on very first

day of class. I entered the class where music is on and

teacher and students enjoying the music. We had two

or more activity one is physical (by Standing on Floor)

and other one is brain exercise (dot connecting). I am

very happy to see my young guide / mentor Patricia

who is very enthusiastic, energetic, free minded and

joyful.
My Personal thoughts on Creativity

I think creativity comes from birth. I also believe it’s come with practice and lots of knowledge.

In my country people believe that person’s creativity defined or known according to their body

movements and gestures, how they responding us? Creative person should be active and

consistent performative. Creativity is not about new or unique it’s about different from others

come with your own ideas.

Creativity in General

As per some textbook and universally it is defined as ability to imagine or create new innovative

ideas, alternatives or possibilities which make ease in tasks or works as problem solving tool or

entertaining ourselves and others.

Describe Myself in Words

Actually the thinking assessment preference is the answer of this question. Still here I added

some more qualities and my nature which describe myself precisely.

I consider myself as implementor or ideator. I consider my self as a courageous, independent,

Experienced Fearless, open minded, social person who loves his life and family most. I am

philanthropist type person always ready to help other, never ever say NO to anyone; always try

to be helpful to everyone. As a professional I am engineer who always try to find out minimize

the work effort of worker and adaptive personnel who always accept the changes either they

are positive or negative.

Actually, I cleared in the starting that thinking preference assessment result is accurate and

precise. It describes my self truly and its totally match with myself as well.

2. Creativity Definition: -

Creativity try to be different from other or make some innovative or unique style or ideas or

anything.

Scholarly definition: -

1. As per psychologists usually define creativity as the capacity to produce ideas that are both

original and adaptive. In other words, the ideas must be both new and workable or functional.

Thus, creativity enables a person to adjust. to novel circumstances and to solve problems that

unexpectedly arise.

Two Scholarly definitions how it matches with me.

The first definition of creativity matches as I also create new and original ideas. Also I am

flexible person which satisfy the adjusting word in the definition.

As per second definition make or otherwise bring into existence something new I have added

many design as easy calculations which are easy and make process fast and smoother.

I change the method for marking of cutting size and dimensions on stainless steel and mild

steel, which make faster work and more productive work from workers.

My Roadblocks . . .

1. Not a good listener

2. Not a perfectionist

3. Always satisfy (no hunger for achieving something new)

To overcome roadblocks . . .

To overcome bad listener, I consider myself as bad listener, to overcome this roadblock I have

to take my ego out of the conversation. I must employ my sense to others to help and make

easy body language which is east to understand. I must respect the existence of emotions and

their roles. I always work just to complete it not as perfect work, so this is my roadblock. To

overcome this I have to become more aware of tendencies and more focused on quality work

not quantitative work. I have to work according to standard not as per own way which makes
my work more qualitative. I never have any kind of hunger like I want to become or if I were a

millionaire or I want more money and popularity or more marks. From the starting of the

school to my professional life I am always satisfied with my marks in school and by salary in

professional life. For example, in the exam of 100 marks if I have attended 90 marks correct

answers, I am happy after that I have time still I do not write any because I am happy with my

marks. To overcome I have to make bigger target and higher goal and try to achieve it by doing

hard and smart work.

My Curiosity about . . .

I am very curious about science and technology, and always watch the tv shows which shows

the small daily life experiment. In my school days I have also completed lots of small projects of

science, such as to fire the piece of paper with the help of magnifier lens by centralizing the

sun rays in one center.

Second thing I am more passionate about sports specially cricket. I was the captain of college

cricket team.

I also passionate about the music even though I am bad singer or bathroom singer always try to

sing the latest song and update my self about new music and new reality tv show of music.
