Appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company

Resolved that pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with
the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 and other applicable provisions,
if any, (including any statutory modification(s), clarifications, exemptions or re
enactments thereof for the time being in force) M/s D K G A & Associates,
Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 019196N), be and are hereby
appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a period of five
years, from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of
the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2025 at such
remuneration as may be fixed by Board of Directors."
