Objective: Identify options to solve a circumstance through the use of the check, taking advantage
of its benefits, and make decisions according to the assigned role, so that the acquired knowledge
is put into practice.

Instructions: According to the following circumstance, answer the questions by taking the role
indicated.

Situation

An internationally recognized trading company had a situation with one of its customers:

The user, who wished to remain anonymous when making his purchases, had to pay a large
amount, so he tried to cover his bill with a credit card; however, due to the limitations, he was
unable to do so.

Description: A role-play is a situational learning technique, which allows the participant to be placed in a preconceived role or role,
