I am writing to express my interest in purchasing your property located at for P28,000 per square
meter, for a total purchase price of P7,196,000 (P28k x 257 square meters).

Other Costs: The costs associated with this transaction will be shared as follows:
 Seller's Responsibility: The Seller agrees to pay all capital gains and estate taxes,
if applicable.
 Buyer's Responsibility: The Buyer agrees to pay the Documentary Stamp Tax
(DST), transfer tax, and all fees associated with the registration of the deed with
the Register of Deeds.

Deposit: Upon your acceptance of this offer, the Buyer will submit an earnest money deposit in
the amount of P__________, which will be held in escrow until closing.
Title and Documents: The Seller shall provide clear and marketable title to the Property, free
from all liens and encumbrances.
Contingencies: This offer is contingent upon the Buyer's satisfaction with the results of
inspections approval. If any contingencies are not met, this offer may be terminated, and the
earnest money deposit will be returned to the Buyer.
