REFLECTIONS ■

• In the proposal made, the idea has been shown to support the company to improve
income and also provide more options so that the company is better known in the
market.

• The chosen idea was implemented, the prototype lacked more images of the
product and easier access, so a QR image was created, this will facilitate the promotion
of the product that is intended to be sold and a website that the customer can easily
navigate.

• In the team we all worked, Democratic leadership was practiced where we

all put our share of participation, especially empathy because not all of us have the same
schedule nor are we in the same department, but by seeking a pleasant environment and
coordinating among all of us, we were able to achieve the objective.
• The team carried out this implementation according to the few options that the company has been
managing; for this reason, the various proposals and ideas of the members that are
novel or improve it according to the current state of the company

• As a group, we believe that by implementing this idea it reflects group work, which
requires order and collaboration from each of us to achieve the completion of the
project in an effective and equitable manner.
