APPEARANCE:
- Have sleek, streamlined bodies with V-shaped head
- Have a tall, hooked dorsal fin (two-thirds of the way back on
the body rises at a shallow angle from the back)
- Have distinctive colouration—black or dark brownish-grey on
the back and sides; and white on the underside
