CLASHING COURSES

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a challenging
situation regarding my course schedule for the current semester. The conflict arises from a carryover course
and my main course, which have been scheduled at the same time.

I am currently enrolled in Civil Engineering program in the Department of Engineering. Specifically, I am

scheduled to take GEC213 during this semester, a crucial course for my academic progress. Unfortunately, I
also have MAT112, that I must retake.

The issue at hand is that the scheduled class times for GEC213 and MAT112 overlap on Wednesdays by
12.00pm to 2.00pm , making it impossible for me to attend both classes
simultaneously. This situation poses a significant challenge as I am determined to
excel in both my main course and address the carryover.
