Termination of Employment

In Santiago, on October 3, 2022 between Cael Spa, dedicated to the gastronomic business, RUT Nº
76.210.841-0, represented by Mrs. Leticia Sánchez Gutiérrez identity card Nº 7.695.374-0, domiciled in
Américo Vespucio 399 local 535 Commune of Maipú, on the one hand and, on the other hand, Mrs.
«Nombre_completo», born on «Día_Nac» of «Mes_Nac_Palabras» of «Año_Nac», domiciled in
«Domicilio» commune of «Comuna», céIdentity Card No. «Rut»-«DV» hereinafter, also, the employee, it
is hereby witnessed and agreed upon the settlement consisting of the following clauses:

FIRST: The employee rendered services to the employer from March 15, 2020 until September 30, 2022,
«Fecha_Termino», the latter date on which his employment contract was terminated by virtue of the

THIRD: Consequently, the employer pays to Mr. «Nombre_completo» the sum of Two million three
hundred ninety thousand three hundred ninety-seven pesos. To your complete satisfaction. The parties
hereby state for the record that the aforementioned sum covers the total amount of assets specified in the
settlement indicated in the SECOND paragraph of the present settlement.

FOURTH: By virtue of the foregoing, Mr. (a) «Nombre_completo»,«Nombre_completo», expressly states


that Cael Spa owes him nothing in relation to the services rendered, the employment contract or due to the
termination thereof, and therefore freely and spontaneously, and with full and complete knowledge of his
rights, grants his employer the broadest, fullest, complete, total and definitive settlement for the services
rendered or their termination, whether in relation to remuneration, social security, social security or health
contributions, subsidies, etc., whether in relation to remuneration, social security or health contributions,
subsidies, etc., or in relation to the termination thereof.The employee freely and spontaneously, and with
full and complete knowledge of his rights, grants his employer the broadest, most complete, total and
definitive settlement for the services rendered or the termination thereof, whether in relation to
remunerations, social security, social security or health contributions, subsidies, contractual benefits
additional to remunerations, indemnities, compensations, or any other cause or concept.

FIFTH: Likewise, the employee declares that, in any case and in all events, he/she expressly waives any
right, action or claim that he/she may have or may be entitled to against the employer, directly or indirectly
related to his/her employment contract, to the services rendered, to the termination of said contract or said
services, whether such rights or actions correspond to remunerations, social security, social security or
health contributions, subsidies, contractual benefits in addition to remunerations, benefits additional to
those of the employer, or to the payment of social security contributions.The employee expressly waives
any right or claim he/she may have or may be entitled to against the employer in direct or indirect relation
to his/her employment contract, the services rendered, the termination of said contract or said services,
whether such rights or actions correspond to remunerations, social security, social security or health
contributions, subsidies, contractual benefits in addition to remunerations, indemnities, compensations or
any other cause or concept.
For the record, the parties sign this settlement in three copies, one copy remaining in the possession of each
of them, and in compliance with current legislation, «Nombre_completo»reads, signs and ratifies it before
Cael Spa.
