ABSTRACT
The goal of this study is to evaluate the caliber of educational services in areas where the
application of accreditation regulations is deemed to be ensured. If every procedure runs
smoothly and in accordance with the relevant standards, education is said to be of high quality
from the perspective of implementation. The goal of this paper is to learn more about the
optimization technique employed by SMPS Darul Amin to produce first-rate educational
services. This study uses a descriptive survey method and is qualitative. Sources for this material
include Principal himself, the curriculum deputy, and a number of workers. The findings of this
study demonstrated that the forms of the system and ideals that pass for exceptional school
culture were integral to the reason that SMPS Darul Amin received an A for accreditation.
Accreditation is the manipulation of the process that has an immediate effect. On the other hand,
the accreditation that comes as a result of the process of developing school culture has a broad
and lasting impact. Growing commitment and motivating human resources to achieve goals are
facilitated by cultural institutions that enable individuals of organizations adapt to their
surroundings, jobs, and fellow employees.
