INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
A Case Information Management System (CIMS) is a software or digital platform designed to
facilitate the efficient handling, tracking, and storage of case-related data and documents in
various fields. CIMS systems have evolved over time, primarily due to advancements in
information technology. They were initially paper-based, with physical files and documents, but
the digital age brought about a need for more efficient and secure methods of managing case
information. The shift aimed to reduce paperwork, enhance data accessibility, and improve
collaboration among stakeholders

System for Lawyers or Advocates
The purpose of this system is as follows:
