FINAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

PGDM

Final Presentation carries 100 Marks. It is split into two parts.

1) Presentation Report in Word Doc – 50 Marks

2) Presentation in PPT – 50 Marks

GUIDELINES FOR REPORT (WORD DOC) SUBMISSION

1. Write an original report. Copying from any source (plagiarism) is strictly not allowed. Any
kind of copying will lead to the rejection of the report. Only 15% of Similarity is accepted.

2. Follow the exact sequence of content as specified in this instruction.

3. Company & Product has been allocated to each student, the list is displayed on the notice
board

4. We assigned only listed companies & products, Students can refer to NSE, BSE,
Moneycontrol.com, https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets, Company website,
Balance sheet, Investor reports, www.aceanalyser.com, Euromonitor Passport, CIME
Database or the suggested websites for collecting facts and figures – Fundoodata.com;
bizstats.com; business.gov.in;, Bloomberg, Equity Master, Industry Authority web portals,
etc...

5. Images from the internet can be included with relevance to the subject matter along with
the source - should be in centre alignment.

6. Specify the source (website) while specifying the Facts & Figures.

7. Use a cover page.


8. Generate a Table of Content automatically and not manually.

9. Fonts Size 12 for the body, 14 for Heading 1 and 13 for Heading 2 should be used.

10. Font Type of Times New Roman for the body and Cambria for the heading should be
used.

11. Use a break page to write on a new page.

12. Submission deadline for the report is 15th October 2023; at 11:59 PM. Late submissions
will attract a penalty of 5 marks per day.

13. Presentation Report will carry 50 marks and Power Point Presentation will carry 50
marks.

14. Final presentations are tentatively scheduled from 15th October, 2023 for both MBA and
PGDM students.
