INTRODUCTION
Fairylyn Event Services is from the word fairy and lyn, lyn is came from my name
Jonalyn and fairy which means fairy godmother but I pick only the word fairy it’s a
nice name and classy to read. Our company focus only on a Birthday party event but
because of our service to our client they feedback us and suggest us that if we can
handle also any kind of event like a Reunion, Anniversary and wedding. And that’s
our event services now, where not only focus on a Birthday event, we can handle
any event.
Fairylyn Event Management, Inc. Established in 2018 to present, the company is
already 4 years of our services in the industry that’s why our company is known
already and is familiar already of some of the biggest clients that we have and by
them, they introduce us, because of our good services.
Last year 2021, our company won the best event services in handling a birthday
event. We are also one of the event services that have a high rank of having a client
good feedback about what our company do their event. From the start of our
company until now, we already have 100 plus birthday party events that we handle
and successful events.
Our company is located in Rodriquez Compound, Bagong Silang, Puerto Princesa
City, with fifty employees we manage events from different places which gave us
more clients by recommendations, and we maintain the excitement when handling
an event from that day of birthday party until today, which has been out motivation to
make a successful event.

The client wants to have two venues first venue in school at Abueg gym, and the
second venue outside the school so that they have time to celebrate their @100
anniversary, our client plan to have a week long celebrating 6 days spent in school
and 1 day outside the school at A&A Plaza Hotel. For their theme our client want’s
only two colors it’s gold and black and for the attire, all women and men are in formal
attire. On their food, they want Filipino dishes cuisine. The budget is 800,000.00
pesos for the first and second venue.

Definition:
A school anniversary is often a time to learn more about and celebrate the building,
founders and significance that the school has lent to the community and city. If the
school that you attended as a child or teenager, or the institution your child attends,
has such an event coming up, there are several ways to commemorate it with
special school anniversary activities that will create fond memories for present and
former students.

Position of the SSG members on the road where students pass
4:30 pm to 5:00 pm through the fun run they throw liquid color and powder color
on the student's clothes.
5:00 am to 5:30 am Police Patrol arrive to guide the students way for fun run
5:30 am to 6:30 am Start of Fun run near only in PNS.
6:30 am to 7:00 am Rest, drink water and prepare for color Zumba.
7:00 am to 7:30 am Color fun Zumba/exercise for all student’s and teacher’s

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered by and between:
Fairylyn Event Management Inc., represented by Jonalyn T. Fronda, in her
capacity as the Manager, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Bagong
Silang, Puerto Princesa City, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;
- And –
Eduardo G. Santos, with principal address at brgy. Manggahan H. Mendoza
Street,Puerto Princesa City, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in business of providing, among others,


event management , event planning and subcontracting of related services such as
catering, photography, and venue, etc., for the successful implementation of client’s
events;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is in need of event management and


coordinator for the @100 Anniversary week-long celebration of Palawan National
School, on 14 Feb to 20 Feb 2023;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is able and willing to accommodate the


SECOND PARTY as one of its client.

NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the FIRST PARTY hereby


agrees to provide event management and coordination and other related services in
favor of the SECOND PARTY subject to the following terms and conditions, to wit:

A) The FIRST PARTY shall properly plan the event in the following manner
with the primary inputs from the SECOND PARTY:

1st Week after signing of the agreement – Conceptualizing all


needed for the event

1 Month - Programmed Planning / Supplier Selection

B) Should there be changes with the above, either of the PARTIES should
notify in order to avoid communication breakdown.
C) The FIRST PARTY shall assign a Person In Charge for the disposal of the
SECOND PARTY. Likewise, the SECOND PARTY shall assign a FOCAL
PERSON for the disposal of the FIRST PARTY. Should
miscommunication between both parties, the signatories of this agreement
will be liable.
D) The FIRST PARTY will suggest to the SECOND PARTY trusted suppliers
of services that will be used in the event. Should the SECOND PARTY
get their recommended supplier/s; the SECOND PARTY will inform the
FIRST PARTY and submit the contact of elected supplier for proper
communication.
E) The SECOND PARTY shall approve the supplier/s that the FIRST PARTY
recommends.
F) The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY shall agree with the price
ceiling for the event and should there be any adjustment or additional
purchases/services, the SECOND PARTY must signify his agreement
through an ADDENDUM of SERVICES.
G) The agreed amount for the services of the FIRST PARTY will be stated in
the BID LETTER together with the attached costing. The SECOND
PARTY signifies his agreement to the stated amount of eight hundred
thousand pesos (800,000.00) by signing both the bid letter and the
costing.
H) Terms of Payment shall be:

30% of the amount – upon signing of this contract


20% of the amount – 3rd month finalization the event
30% of the amount - The day before the event
20% of the amount - The day after the event

I) Should the SECOND PARTY is not satisfied with the outcome of the event
(in which it is clear that the FIRST PARTY under deliver the services); the
remaining 10% shall be retention amount.

J) In the event that the SECOND PARTY cancels this agreement for reasons
without fault on the part of the FIRST PARTY, the FIRST PARTY shall
retain the 30% of the total amount paid.
