- Inserts and anchor plates in concrete stair treads for handrails:

- Drilling of holes in concrete steps of ø 1/2" .

- Cleaning of concrete dust generated by drilling with an air blower.

- Installation of expansion bolts and/or inserts.

- Installation and welding of anchor plates.

- Axis stakeout will be carried out to verify the alignment of the axes.

- Afterwards, the painting will be done in the field.

- Lifting and erection of guardrail sections:

- Manual hand hauling of guardrail sections to the assembly area.

- Operators will put on their harnesses, previously checked; life lines and
anchorage connectors will be installed according to the established standards; if
necessary, life lines will be installed.

- Verification of levels and field axes.

- First, the railing to be hoisted will be broken, with qualified personnel for this task,
the rope will be placed in a shared manner to maintain the balance of the
element, and there will also be fixed supports in order to carry out the retentions
at both ends.

- A section of railing with weights of approximately 20 kg will be hoisted. Once the

element is close to its final location, the assembly workers will fit it with the anchor
plates, to later fix it by means of welded joints, this maneuver is directed by the
master and executed by the assembly personnel.

- The joints between guardrail sections will be made in the field.

- Once the installation has been completed, an alignment, leveling and verticality
check will be carried out.

- Inserts, anchor plates and handrails in concrete slab, brick and drywall walls.

- Drilling of 3/8" dia. holes. (Concrete slab and wall).

- Cleaning of concrete dust generated by drilling with an air blower.

- Installation of expansion bolts.

- Verification of levels and axles will be performed.

- We will proceed with the installation of the anchor plate and welding of the handrail.

- In case of having Drywall walls, additional interior reinforcements will be installed, in

order to have the necessary support for the fixing of the handrails.

- All 90° and 45° connections will be made in the field.

9.- On-site paint repair

Once the damaged paint area is located on the metal structure, proceed as
follows:

Surface preparation

a) The operator will carry out a mechanical cleaning, with the support of manual
tools (emery - circular iron brush), in the affected area and 10% around it, in
order to guarantee the painting process.

b) Subsequently, the operator will clean the worked area with a chemical paint
stripper to guarantee the adherence of the paint.

Paint application

a) The competent personnel will proceed to prepare the INTEXPOXY PREMIUN

162 FD base.

b) The area will be isolated in case of external agents (dust or rain).

c) Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, it will be applied by compressor,

brush or roller, as the case may be, until the specified thickness of 4 mils is
obtained in the first coat.

d) After application, wait for the curing time recommended by the manufacturer.

e) The second coat will be made with Ral 7040 gray paint Gloss finish, obtaining a
final thickness of 6 mils.

Quality control
a) Visual inspection of the resurfaced area.

b) Verification of the uniformity of the paint layer.

c) Measurement of the thickness of the paint layer by means of an instrument

(Elcometer 456), obtaining the thickness according to the technical
specifications.

10.- IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDS, RISK ANALYSIS AND SAFETY CONTROLS.

- Hazard Identification

• Inspect the workplace periodically. The Non-Compliance (NC) of items indicates the
presence of a hazard, which is recorded in the format "Inspection Report", then the
corresponding evaluation of the associated risk is performed, and the records are
sent to the Project Manager to be

presented to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (CS&ST) for their
respective analysis.
• The CS&SaT performs the "Work Standard Check" inspection and notes
observations if there are changes in the workplaces. If there are non-conformities
in any of the evaluated items, the CS&ST shall ensure compliance with the
established requirements.
• In the event of the appearance of positions that generate the assignment of new
tasks, a Task Safety Analysis will be performed.
• The employee who detects or becomes aware of any condition or act capable of
causing harm (danger), reports the presence of this, for the respective risk
assessment.
• Extraordinary meetings will be held periodically with the personnel to inform them
of the evaluations carried out and the corrective actions to be implemented by both
parties.

• Risk Analysis: Two factors are taken into account:

• Those that affect the safety of the Work, those that affect the integrity of people
and those that affect the environment.
• The risks associated with the identified hazards are evaluated.
• If the reported hazard generates a potential serious damage (fatality), it will be
considered as urgent, for which an extraordinary meeting will be arranged with the
Project Manager, Safety Supervisor and the Occupational Health and Safety
Committee to take corrective measures.

• Prioritize the hazards according to their assessed risk and will be written in the
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix.

ASSEMBLY OF METAL CARPENTRY Pg: 13 of 14

• Risk Control
• Record in the "Risk Evaluation and Control Matrix" the control(s) being applied
and/or the risk control option(s) proposed for the risks evaluated.
• Any classification of High Risk onwards; is presented as the first option for control,
elimination or reduction of the risk through engineering or design. The respective
justification is provided. If necessary, training is provided to personnel performing
tasks related to the proposed risk control measure(s).
• The proposed control measures, which are included in the "Risk Evaluation and
Control Matrix", are followed up at committee meetings.

• Security Controls

• Ensure that all personnel involved in the project are fully aware of the Contingency
Plan in case of fire, first aid, evacuation and intervention in specific situations (spill
of toxic substances, explosion, etc.) in order to act quickly, safely and in a timely
manner.

• Evacuation maneuvers will be carried out at the time of a situation that warrants it,
for which it will be guaranteed at all times that the doors or access and escape
routes are free of locks, packages or objects of any kind that impede free
pedestrian traffic, particularly at times or in emergency situations.

• All personnel will have received the necessary training and will know in detail the
existing escape routes, so they will be the ones who will respect and enforce, as
the case may be, the indications given below:

• Verify that all evacuation signs, signaling and location of safe areas in case of
earthquakes, as well as those that indicate the

The presence of the extinguishing equipment should always be within sight of

people and should not be moved and/or obstructed for any reason.

• That in the event of any emergency situation of any kind, the personnel will remain
calm and will directly assist in the orderly and calm evacuation of all persons inside
the construction site.

• They will not return, nor will they allow others to do so, bearing in mind that smoke
and toxic gases are usually more dangerous than fire, for which they will request
the intervention of specialized brigades.

• Ensure that the emergency lights are operational, the fire extinguishers are
operational and that the first aid kit is adequately equipped; informing everyone of
their location and identifying the safe zone in the event of an earthquake, which is
properly signposted in the entrance area and evacuation routes.

General actions:

• They should not run or walk excessively fast, taking care not to trip and/or fall while
walking.
• They shall not carry any packages in order to make their movement lighter.
• See instructions for each particular activity: Evacuation maneuvers, first aid, fire,
handling of hazardous materials, etc.
