- Hazard Identification
• Inspect the workplace periodically. The Non-Compliance (NC) of items indicates the
presence of a hazard, which is recorded in the format "Inspection Report", then the
corresponding evaluation of the associated risk is performed, and the records are
sent to the Project Manager to be
presented to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (CS&ST) for their
respective analysis.
• The CS&SaT performs the "Work Standard Check" inspection and notes
observations if there are changes in the workplaces. If there are non-conformities
in any of the evaluated items, the CS&ST shall ensure compliance with the
established requirements.
• In the event of the appearance of positions that generate the assignment of new
tasks, a Task Safety Analysis will be performed.
• The employee who detects or becomes aware of any condition or act capable of
causing harm (danger), reports the presence of this, for the respective risk
assessment.
• Extraordinary meetings will be held periodically with the personnel to inform them
of the evaluations carried out and the corrective actions to be implemented by both
parties.
• Those that affect the safety of the Work, those that affect the integrity of people
and those that affect the environment.
• The risks associated with the identified hazards are evaluated.
• If the reported hazard generates a potential serious damage (fatality), it will be
considered as urgent, for which an extraordinary meeting will be arranged with the
Project Manager, Safety Supervisor and the Occupational Health and Safety
Committee to take corrective measures.
• Prioritize the hazards according to their assessed risk and will be written in the
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix.
