The undersigned, Expert in the specialty of Field Criminalistics, designated to intervene in

the Preliminary Investigation of the aforementioned area, with the purpose of complying
with the request, in my capacity as official expert, I appear and render the following:

EXPERICIAL OPINION

That my intervention was required based on articles 16,21 and 122 section of the Political
Constitution of the United Mexican States 3 section 1, 9 bis section XIII, 97, 98,99,100,101,
102, 114, 140, 162, 163, 168, 169,170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 177 of the criminal code of
Criminal Procedures for the Federal District; 1 and 2 section I, 3 sections I, II and III, 23
section II, 25 and 26 of the Organic Law of the Attorney General of Justice of the Federal
District 77 of the Regulation of the Organic Law of the Attorney General of Justice of the
Federal District 1, 2, 6, 10 and 25 section IV of Agreement number A/009/2015 of C;
Attorney General of Justice of the Federal District, which establishes the bases and
specifications for the attention and service to the population, the procedures and
organization of the agencies of the Public Ministry, and Agreement number A/009/2015 of
the C ; Attorney General of Justice of the Federal District, which establishes instructions
regarding the preservation of the place where a criminal act was allegedly committed

Being 10:30 hours of the day and date stipulated for the area, at the request of the Public
Ministry, we appeared at the place mentioned below Ejido de San Francisco Tenopalco
Noxtlalpan Puente de Santiago Atocan, in order to carry out the following investigation:

POSED PROBLEM:
I request experts in criminalistics matters so that they can move to carry out the removal of
the male corpse of the identity Ángel Olin Ontiveros, as well as move to the home located
on Tehuacán street, Gustavo A neighborhood. Madero, to carry out the processing of the

place and all the procedures that pertain to homicides, and thus be able to determine the
position of the victim and perpetrator.

LOCATION OF THE PLACE OF THE EVENTS : Ejido de San Francisco Tenopalco Noxtlalpan
Puente de Santiago Atocan

WEATHER STATE: At the time of the intervention: clear sky, no rain, type of natural light,
perfect visibility, type of dirt soil, open place

METHODOLOGY: To carry out our expert work, the “Criminal Investigation Methodology”
was used in which five steps are applied systematically and chronologically ordered.
 Protection of the Place.
 Observation of the Place.
 Setting the Place.
 Collection of Evidence.
 Providing evidence to the laboratory.

I.- PROTECTION OF THE PLACE : At the time of our intervention, the place was delimited
with yellow plastic tapes, protected and guarded by the municipal police of Chimalhuacán,
in charge of officer Guzmán Martínez Luis Alberto, who arrived at the place at 10:20 hrs. .

2. OBSERVATION OF THE PLACE : Once established in the place at 11:00 hrs, with a hot
climate, good natural light, ejidal area, at a distance of 600 meters square from the Regio
Gas company, its access is via dirt roads. dirt road in a segment from south to north, on the
west side there is an irrigation canal 1.20 meters wide and in a square there are two gates
with circular handles at the top and precisely 6 meters from this square in the water eye
area a floating male human body is observed with the following position:

2.2. EXAMINATION OF THE SCENE OF THE EVENTS:

INDICATION A: Male corpse located inside an irrigation canal 6 meters from the square in
the water area

-We were accompanied to the scene by homicide elements, as well as municipal police
from Mexico City.
-The body is identified by Mr. -----------, father of the deceased.
Based on the above, we allow ourselves to reach the following:

CONCLUSIONS:

1.- BASED ON THE PRESENCE OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SECURITY ELEMENTS OF

CHIMALHUACAN, IT IS ESTABLISHED THAT THE PLACE WAS GUARDED AND CUSTODED
AT THE TIME OF OUR INTERVENTION.

2.- TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WHAT WAS OBSERVED AND THE INDICATIONS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE PRESENT FACT, IT IS ESTABLISHED THAT THE PLACE OF THE FINDING IS NOT
THE PLACE OF THE FACTS

3.- IT WILL BE THE LEGAL PHYSICIAN WITH THE THANATOLOGICAL SIGNS WHO
DETERMINES THE CHRONOTANATODIAGNOSIS, AS WELL AS THE CAUSE OF DEATH
WITH THE PRACTICE OF THE LAW NECROPSY.

IF IT WAS TRUE, BUT HE WAS THE LAST PERSON WITH HIM WHAT HAPPENED THIS

5.-THE BLANKET WITH WHICH THE VICTIM WAS FOUND BELONGED TO HIS HOUSE AS
WELL AS THE TIES WITH WHICH HE WAS TIED

6.- IT IS NOT KNOWN IF THE OWNER'S (VICTIM) VEHICLE WAS TRANSFERRED IN THIS
LIKE THE VICTIM'S VEHICLE

7.-IN THE VICTIM'S BED THERE WERE TRACES (HEMATOLOGICAL)

8.-THE VICTIMARY PACKED HIS THINGS AND TOOK IT FROM HIS FATHER'S (VICTIM)
HOUSE, ESCAPING SO AS TO NOT BE ARRESTED AND LOOK LIKE HE DIDN'T COMMIT
THE CRIME
