THE PREDOMINANT AND EMERGING PRACTICES OF THE PROFESSION

IN THE INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL AND LOCAL CONTEXT.
The predominant practices are those that are always carried out or in most cases
are applied, emerging are those that when the normal ones fail, practices that
solve the problem must be applied.
They generate employment, well-being through innovations and the
commercialization of new products and services; they help reduce poverty,
improve education, health, food, trade and are indispensable for the construction of
new capabilities that are essential in the 21st century.
The technology available at that stage was characterized by the massive use of a
few materials such as stone, wood, clay and iron. It was a static technology, it used
a small number of empirical construction principles and, nevertheless, there were
remarkable achievements in terms of churches, castles and buildings.

PREDOMINANT

personnel administration and marketing.

necessary in their profession.
- To have the ability to be able to innovate certain things that we finally have to
use.
