This paper presents a novel multimode bent branched beam design for piezoelectric energy harvesters to enhance bandwidth and energy production for human motion applications. The design utilizes multiple resonance modes from its branched structure to broaden the operational bandwidth of the harvester. According to the study, this new design achieved greater energy and power outputs as well as a wider bandwidth compared to conventional designs.
