Breakfast
BOWL
READY IN 15 MIN MAKES 1-4

This Breakfast Bowl is a hearty and savory meal that we enjoy


on repeat on the weekends. After giving it a try, it will be a
repeat in your household too!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
2 handfuls Kale per bowl Place the hash browns in a preheated air fryer and air fry at
390 for 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
1-2 Hashbrowns per bowl
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the kale
2 eggs per bowl until wilted, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Everyday
seasoning, then remove from pan and set aside.
Avocado, sliced
In the same pan, cook your eggs over easy and season with
Crunchy Chili Onion salt & pepper.

In a bowl, add the hash browns, cooked kale, over easy


eggs, sliced avocado, and top with desired amount of
Olive oil crunchy chili onion.

Chia Seed
PUDDING
READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 1

Chia Seed Pudding is a perfect healthy breakfast option that


tastes fresh and fruity and is loaded with nutrients. Just prep
it ahead of time and when it's time for breakfast, grab it from
the fridge and dig in! Perfect for busy mornings.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 1/2 cup Fresh In a blender, combine the strawberries, milk, yogurt and chia
Strawberries, sliced and seeds and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
1/2 cup Milk of Choice
(almond milk, dairy milk,
etc.)

2 tablespoons Chia Tip: If using plain or non-flavored yogurt, drizzle some honey
Seeds for added sweetness.

1/2 cup Yogurt of your


choice (Greek, plain, Optional step: To create the layered effect seen in the
vanilla, etc.) picture, combine an additional 1/2 cup yogurt with an
additional tablespoon of chia seeds and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to
Honey (Optional) serve, add this layer above the strawberry yogurt mixture.

Soy Chorizo
BREAKFAST HASH
READY IN 20 MIN SERVES 2-3

Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo is one of my favorite items that they


carry. It's packed with flavor, it's so versatile and I prefer it to
regular chorizo! Here it tastes great in a healthy and easy
Breakfast Hash perfect for your next brunch.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
6 oz Soy Chorizo (half of Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add the diced
the package) sweet potatoes. Stir and cover for 5-7 minutes.

2 small Sweet Potatoes, Remove the casing from the Soy Chorizo and add it to the
peeled and diced into pan with the sweet potatoes. Cook together for 4-5 minutes.

Push the sweet potatoes and soy chorizo to the side of the
2-3 handfuls of Kale pan, add in another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the kale and
season with salt & pepper, plus Everyday Seasoning. Stir to
Shredded Mozzarella combine with the sweet potato chorizo mixture, cover and
Cheese cook for 2-3 minutes longer.

3 Eggs Remove the lid and create 3 nests. Crack an egg into each
nest. Sprinkle your desired amount of mozzarella cheese all
over. Cover and cook for another few minutes until the
Olive oil cheese is melted and the egg is cooked to your liking.

Lemon Curd
TOAST
READY IN 10 MIN MAKES 2-6

This Lemon Curd Toast is decadent and rich, and makes such
a great treat for breakfast or brunch. Creamy, sweet and
topped with fresh fruit, you will be addicted to this once you
try it.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Lemon Curd Preheat the oven to 350.

Traditional French Brie On a greased baking sheet lined with foil, brush both sides of
Cheese, (or brie cheese of the sourdough bread with olive oil, then sprinkle one side
choice) with sea salt.

Blueberries Add slices of brie cheese to the toast, then bake for 5-7
minutes.
Sourdough Bread
Remove the toast from the oven and spread the slightly
melted brie cheese in an even layer.

Olive Oil Add a layer of lemon curd over the brie cheese, then top
Sea Salt with fresh blueberries and serve.

Avocado
HASH BROWN TOAST
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 1

A twist on the classic avocado toast, this delicious breakfast i


uses a crispy hash brown in place of regular toast.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
2 Hashbrowns Place the Hashbrowns in a preheated air fryer and air fry at
390 for 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway.
Organic Spicy Honey
Sauce Mash your avocado.

1 Avocado Cook your egg to your liking (scrambled, over easy or


poached)
Everything but the Bagel
Seasoning Place the mashed avocado on top of the Hashbrowns,
drizzle some hot honey sauce, add your egg and sprinkle
2 Eggs some EBTB seasoning.

Tip: There are so many topping to choose from when making


these, try them as many ways as you'd like! Other options for
topping your avocado hash brown toast are Parmesan
cheese, chili flakes, tomatoes, lemon, hot sauce, and so
much more!

Non-Air Fryer Method: Preheat the oven to 400. Place the


Hashbrowns on a baking sheet and cook for 14 minutes,
flipping over halfway.

Chicken WRAP

READY IN 5 MIN MAKES 4-5 INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS 16 oz Just Chicken
Heat the chicken in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes until hot
11 oz Broccoli & Kale Slaw
Kit
Heat up the flour tortillas.

18 oz Handmade Flour
Assemble the salad kit in a bowl.

Assemble the wrap by adding the chicken, cheese, and


12 oz Lite Shredded 3 Cheese
salad to the tortilla, roll it up, slice if desired and enjoy.

Salt & Pepper

Tip: This makes 4-5 wraps which makes it a great quick lunch
for the week. If you will be enjoying this for lunch over a few
days, assemble the salad kit but do not add the dressing to
the entire salad. Instead, add the dressing to each wrap
whenever you're ready to eat, so that it does not get soggy.

Cauliflower FRIED RICE
A quick and easy low carb lunch that keeps you full without the sluggish-ness
so that you can go about your busy day.
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 2

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
In a bowl, scramble 2-3 eggs with a fork or whisk. Heat a 3 Cups Riced
teaspoon of olive oil or butter in a pan and cook your Cauliflower Stir Fry
scrambled eggs, then remove from the pan and set aside.
2-3 eggs
In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add 3
cups of the Riced Cauliflower. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring Green Onion, sliced
occasionally.
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Add the scrambled eggs and soy sauce to the pan, and stir
to combine. Cook for 2 minutes longer until heated through.

Serve and top with green onions. Olive oil

Unexpected
GRILLED CHEESE
READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 1

This grilled cheese is an "unexpected" twist on the classic


grilled cheese and tomato soup. Spicy Italian Bomba Sauce
and Garlic spread go hand in hand just like...well, grilled
cheese and tomato soup.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
2 slices of Sourdough Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one slice of sourdough
Bread bread. Repeat with the other slice.

1 tablespoon Garlic Flip the slice of bread over and on the inside of the bread,
Spread-Dip spread 1 tablespoon of Garlic Spread-Dip.

1 tablespoon Italian Hot On the other slice of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of Italian
Pepper Bomba Sauce Bomba Sauce. Place the grated cheese on top of the Italian
Bomba sauce. Place the other slice of bread on top to
1 cup Unexpected close.
Cheddar Cheese, grated
In a skillet, place the sandwich butter side down, and cover
Tomato & Roasted Red with a lid. Heat for 2 minutes on each side until the cheese is
Pepper Soup fully melted.

Heat your desired amount of Tomato soup in a saucepan, and


Butter serve along with the grilled cheese. Add some grated
cheese or parsley to the tomato soup, if desired.

Tip: For some spice and added flavor, add a little bit of the
Bomba Sauce to your Tomato Soup! Start small with a
teaspoon of the sauce and adjust to taste.

CHICKEN SANDWICH
With this 5 minute chicken sandwich recipe, being busy is no longer an excuse
to not enjoy an insanely good lunch.
READY IN 5 MIN SERVES 4

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Slice the Ciabatta rolls in half, and spread a layer of pesto 8 oz Just chicken, fully
on the inside both halves. On the inside of the bottom half, cooked chicken
add slices of chicken and shredded cheese. Place them both
in a preheated air fryer and air fry for 2-3 minutes at 400 until 8 oz Vegan Kale,
the cheese is melted. Cashew & Basil Pesto

Season the sliced tomato slices with garlic powder, salt & 2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
pepper.
Shredded Unexpected
Remove the ciabatta rolls from the air fryer, add the tomato Cheddar
slices, serve and enjoy!

Non-Air-Fryer Method: Heat the ciabatta rolls with the


chicken and cheese in the oven at 400 for 3-4 minutes Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder

Tikka Masala
WRAP
Let's turn this customer favorite Chicken Tikka Masala into a more complete
meal in less than 10 minutes with no cooking involved!
READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 2

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 400. Heat the Garlic Naan for about 2 Garlic Naan, 2 pieces
minutes or until warm.
8.5 oz Chicken Tikka
Remove the Chicken Tikka Masala from the package, Masala Frozen Meal
puncture the film 2 or 3 times, then microwave for 3 minutes.
Peel back the film, stir and microwave for another minute. Romaine Lettuce,
chopped
Assemble the wraps by adding a layer of Greek Yogurt to
the naan, then a layer of rice, a layer of chicken and top with 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
the chopped lettuce and bell pepper and serve.

Tip: Feel free to use sour cream or tzatziki in place of the


greek yogurt.

READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 2-4

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Slice the Ciabbata rolls in half and spread a layer of pesto 4 Ciabatta Rolls
on each side.
Balsamic Glaze
Drizzle some olive oil on the Ciabbata rolls over the pesto.

Add the slices of fresh mozzarella. Basil Pesto

Place in a preheated air fryer and air fry at 400 for 2-3 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Cheese, thinly sliced

Remove from the air fryer, and top with bruschetta, a drizzle Bruschetta
of balsamic glaze, and fresh basil (optional).

Non-Air Fryer Method: Toast the ciabatta rolls with pesto
and cheese in the oven at 400 for 3-5 minutes until the
cheese is fully melted.

Tip: Trader Joe's also sells Fresh Bruschetta in the


refrigerated section, which would would work great as well! 29
Spicy
GARLIC EDAMAME
READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 2

Spicy Garlic Edamame is one of my favorite side dishes to


enjoy as a side or snack. You'll want to make sure you keep a
package of edamame stocked in your freezer once you try
this recipe.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Soy Sauce Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the desired
amount of edamame.
Crunchy Chili Onion
Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
Black Garlic
In a bowl, combine the edamame, soy sauce, garlic salt,
Garlic Salt black garlic and top with a generous amount of crunchy chili
onion.

Note: There are no measurements for this one, this one is


strictly personal preference so measure with your heart!

ANIMAL STYLE FRIES DUPE
READY IN 20 MIN SERVES 2

If you love In n Out but dread those long lines, or if you don't
live near one and have always been curious what all of the
hype is about, here's how you can make your own Animal
Style fries at home.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
24 oz Handsome Cut Add the fries to your preheated air fryer and top with some
Fries sea salt. Air fry them at 16-18 min at 400, giving them a good
shake halfway.
4 slices American
Cheese Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet, add the diced onions and
sauté until they are golden brown and caramelized. Stir
1 yellow onion, diced continuously and add a teaspoon of water every few minutes
to deglaze the pan.
9.5 oz Magnifisauce
When the fries are done, top them with 4 slices of cheese
and place them back in the air fryer for a minute or two until
Butter the cheese melts.
Sea Salt
Plate the fries and top with the caramelized onions and
desired amount of Magnifisauce.

Non-Air fryer Method: Bake the fries in the oven at 425 for
20-24 minutes on a baking sheet. Add cheese and bake for a
few minutes longer, until the cheese is fully melted.

Roasted Strawberry
SALAD
READY IN 20 MIN SERVES 2

The trick to this delicious and decadent salad is roasting the


strawberries to heighten its sweetness and give it a great
sticky, syrupy texture. Add some creamy goat cheese and
some sweet & spicy pecans, and you've got a great
appetizer or lunch.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
15 oz Fresh Strawberries, Preheat the oven to 400.
hulled and quartered
Place the strawberries in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive
5 oz Chevre with Honey oil and toss to coat. Lay them on a foil lined baking sheet
Goat's Milk Cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

6 oz Baby Spinach Remove from the oven, place them back into the bowl and
toss with 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze. Set aside and let
Sweet & Spicy Pecans cool.

Balsamic glaze Add the spinach to a bowl, top with the strawberries, torn
pieces of goat cheese, pecans and drizzle with more
balsamic glaze.

Roasted
CARROTS & HUMMUS
READY IN 30 MIN SERVES 2-4

If you're looking for a side dish to impress your guests, or


simply elevate your main dish, try these beautiful and easy
roasted carrots & hummus with a honey glaze.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
16 oz Les Petites Carrots Preheat the oven to 425.

On a baking sheet lined with foil, toss the carrots with 2
1 tablespoon of Honey tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt. Roast for
20 minutes.

Hummus Remove the carrots from the oven. Toss with a tablespoon of
honey and place back in the oven to roast for 5-10 minutes
Parsley for garnish longer.

Plate the hummus, add the carrots on top, and top with
parsley and feta cheese, if desired.

Sea salt Tip: These carrots come peeled, washed, and ready to use;
Feta (optional) they can go straight to the sheet pan.

READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 2 INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS Garlic Naan, 2 pieces
Preheat the oven to 400. Place 2 pieces of garlic naan on a
baking sheet and heat for 2 minutes or until heated through. 8 oz Garlic Spread Dip

Heat a non-stick pan and add the gyro slices. No need to Mini Tomatoes, halved
add oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
12 oz Tzatziki
Assemble the wraps. Spread a layer of garlic spread onto
the naan, then add the gyro slices and top with tzatziki and 8 oz Gyro Slices
tomatoes. Serve with a side of rice or veggie.

READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 2-4

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, mix together the Shredded Cabbage and the 4 slices Sharp Cheddar
Magnifisauce. Cheese

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet and add the burger 4 Ground Beef Patties
patties. Season with salt & pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes
on one side. Flip them over, add the cheese and cook for 3- 1/2 cup Magnifisauce
5 minutes on the other side.
4 Brioche Buns
Toast the brioche buns and assemble the burgers. Place a

Heat the Beef Birria by placing them in the refrigerator 16 oz Beef Birria
overnight to thaw, then bring them to a boil in a pot or pan
over medium-high heat. Alternatively, there are instructions 4-6 Corn Tortillas
on the package to heat them in the microwave if you forget
to place them in the fridge overnight, like I often do. 1-2 cups Shredded
Mozzarella Cheese
Heat a non-stick skillet, and take your corn tortilla and dip it
in the broth (or consommé) then place it in the skillet. Add 1 White Onion, diced
the shredded cheese all over the tortilla, then add some
meat onto one half, along with some onions and cilantro. 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
Fold the tortilla over and press down with a spatula. Cook
for 2-3 minutes on each side until the the tacos are browned Olive oil
and crisp. Repeat this process with the remaining tacos. Lime (optional)

In a small bowl, pour the remaining broth (or consommé) and


add some cilantro and onions. Use this to dip your tacos in.
Squeeze some lime all over the tacos and in the dipping

Ramen is one of my favorite takeout meals, but it can get


pretty pricey ordering it every weekend. With this easy
recipe, I can now make it home and it will be faster and less
expensive, and the good news is, you can too!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
12 oz Pork Belly Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a medium sized
saucepan. Open the Instant Ramen Soups and empty the
2 Instant Miso Ramen noodles, oil packets and sauce packets into the boiling
Soups water and stir. Add the Miso Ginger broth, stir and heat
together for 6 minutes.
1 cup of Miso Ginger
Broth Slice the Pork Belly into 1/2 inch slices lengthwise and cook
on a non-stick skillet for about 3 minutes on each side, until
2 Eggs they are browned to your liking. No oil is needed.

Roasted Seaweed, 4 Bring a pot of water to a boil, then using a ladle, gently drop
Sheets the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 6-6 1/2 minutes.
Fill a bowl with cold water and ice and as soon as the eggs

Preheat the oven to 450. 1 Green Bell Pepper,

Ravioli
In a greased baking dish*, add a layer of 1/3 cup marinara

Assemble the salad kit and serve with the Lasagna.

*I use a 7x5.5 inch baking dish for this recipe which is perfect

covered with foil for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15

Pesto CHICKEN PASTA
A one pot pasta meal for maximum deliciousness with minimal cleanup
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 4

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the entire 16 oz Penne Rigate
package of penne pasta and cook for 9-10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Drain, making sure to reserve 1/4 cup pasta 8 oz Vegan Kale,
water. Turn off the heat. Cashew & Basil Pesto

Crockpot meals are my favorite set-it-and-forget-it type of


meals. I can go and enjoy my day while dinner is marinating
and cooking in this tangy and savory BBQ sauce. Combined
with a fresh and creamy coleslaw and buttery brioche buns,
this is a meal you'll want to enjoy again and again!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 lb Boneless Skinless Spray your crockpot with cooking spray and place the
Chicken Breasts chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in an even
layer. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Brioche Hamberger
Buns Empty the bottle of BBQ Sauce over the chicken, making
sure the chicken is well coated on both sides. Cover and
19 oz Kansas City Style cook for 4-5 hours on low.
BBQ Sauce
Remove the chicken, place it in a bowl and shred with 2

Whenever we order Thai food, my go to is always Yellow


Curry. With this recipe, it's easy to make it at home, save
money on delivery and tastes just as good, if not better!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 lb Boneless, Skinless Spray your crockpot with cooking spray and place the
Chicken Breasts, cut into cubed chicken in the bottom of the crockpot in an even
cubes layer. Season with salt and pepper.

1 Medium size Yukon Empty the jar of Yellow Curry into the crockpot. Add the
Gold Potato, diced into diced carrots and potatoes. Stir until the chicken and
cubes vegetables are well coated in the curry sauce.

2-3 carrots, peeled and Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours
cut into 1/2 inch pieces
30 minutes before serving, add in half of the can of coconut
11 oz jar Thai Style cream into the crockpot (shake the can first). Stir, cover, and
Yellow Curry Sauce continue to cook for 30 minutes longer.

1/2 can of Coconut Ladle the chicken, potatoes, carrots and curry sauce into a
Cream (or Coconut Milk) bowl, and serve.

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS

Trader Joe's Carolina Gold is truly something special. It's


sweet and tangy like regular BBQ sauce, but it's also
mustard-y and savory, similar to honey mustard. Use it as a
dip, a marinade, or anywhere else you would use regular
BBQ Sauce. Try it in this recipe on buttery brioche hot dog
buns with grilled peppers and onions and Unexpected
Cheddar Chicken Sausage and thank me later.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Carolina Gold BBQ Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and add the onions and
Sauce bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and
onion salt. Sauté until the peppers and onions have softened

There's a reason why Mandarin Orange Chicken has been


voted 'Favorite Overall' item multiple years in a row in Trader
Joe's Customer Choice Awards. Combine the orange chicken
with broccoli and walnuts and drench it in that sweet and
slightly spicy sauce served over Jasmine rice and you've got
yourself a winner (literally).

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
22 oz Mandarin Orange Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the

16 oz Raw Argentinian Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add in the
Red Shrimp Capellini pasta. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain.

1/4 cup Chicken Stock Thaw the frozen shrimp by running it under cold water in a
colander for 3 minutes, then pat dry and season with salt,

salmon into your diet, I've got you covered! These cucumber
salmon boats are a great, tasty and refreshing option way to
get more of the nutrient packed protein in your life.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 Cucumber In a bowl, combine the salmon pieces with 1 tablespoon of
olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Place the
1 lb Boneless, Skinless salmon pieces into a preheated air fryer and air fry them at
Salmon, cut into bite 400 for 7-10 minutes. You may need to do this in batches,
sized pieces depending on the size of your air fryer.

1 pouch Jasmine rice Cut the cucumbers in half and use a spoon to scoop out the

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Make your Spicy Mayo by mixing the sriracha and

SHRIMP TACOS

I don't know about you, but I could eat tacos almost every
single day of the week. These easy & healthy Chile Lime
Shrimp tacos are a weekly staple, not only because they are
so good, but because I could easily whip them up in less
than 10 min!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
4-6 Corn Tortillas Thaw the frozen shrimp by either placing them in the fridge
overnight, or in a pinch, place them in a colander and run
9 oz Shredded Green & cold water over them for 3 minutes. Pat them dry, then
Red Cabbage with place in a bowl and combine them with the Chile Lime
Carrots seasoning plus 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well.

16 oz Raw Argentinian Heat a large skillet, and pour the shrimp in. Cook for about

CAPRESE PASTA SALAD
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 4

Make this tasty and refreshing pasta salad for your next
potluck or BBQ, or pair it with some bread sticks and a glass
of wine for a great, quick dinner. Personally, I love to make a
big batch of this and enjoy it for dinner, then save the rest as
a ready-to-eat lunch for the next few days!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
10 oz Cheese Tortellini Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for
5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with cold
8 oz Ciliegine water to cool.
Mozzarella
Make the dressing: Combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1
Balsamic Glaze tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar, plus salt, pepper and garlic
powder in a jar and shake well. Alternatively, you could mix
Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

8 oz Mini Heirloom In a large bowl, combine the pasta, mozzarella balls, halved
Tomatoes, halved tomatoes and dressing, and mix together. Add more salt &
pepper to taste.

Drizzle with Balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil


(optional) and either enjoy right away, or for best results, let

PLATTER
READY IN 20 MIN SERVES 4

This falafel platter is a great option for snacking, for a fuss


free dinner, or for entertaining with guests. Serve on a platter
and let everyone dig in!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
12 oz Fully Cooked Place the falafels in a preheated air fryer and air fry them at
Falafel 360 for 8 minutes, giving them a shake halfway through.

12 oz Tzatziki Remove the falafels from the air fryer, turn the air fryer up to
400 and heat the garlic naan at 400 for 90 seconds.
7 oz Hummus Dip
On a platter or large plate, add the falafels, naan and
7 oz Tabbouli tabbouli, plus the tzatziki and hummus for dipping.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
16 oz Spicy Mexican- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a skillet, remove the soy
Style Riced Cauliflower chorizo from the casing and cook for 5-8 minutes, breaking it
up with a spatula while it cooks.

In a separate pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the

This easy, cheesy dish has a bright lemon-y flavor with a hint
of spice. Serve on its own or pair it with your protein of
choice.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
3/4 cup Orzo Pasta (dry) Preheat the oven to 400.

1 Lemon In a small greased baking dish, place the block of cheese in


the center and surround it with the frozen corn. Season with
Crushed Red Pepper salt, pepper and crushed red pepper and bake for 15-20

package directions, then drain.

customizable. It's great on its own, but also goes well with
your favorite veggie, leafy green, or protein of choice!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
2 tablespoons Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and
Gochujang cook for 11-12 minutes then drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta
water.
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping
Cream Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet, add the crushed garlic
and cook for 1-2 minutes.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
cheese, plus more for Add the Gochujang to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

This ultimate grilled cheese with its creamy, garlicky, slightly

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Roasted Tomato & Preheat the oven to 400.
Parmesan Focaccia
Bread In a bowl, make your dip by combining the garlic spread and
Zhoug Sauce. Adjust to your liking.
Cheddar & Gruyere
Mélange Cheese, 2-3 Slice the Focaccia in half and spread the Garlic Zhoug dip to

Trader Joe's Garlic Naan is so delicious and versatile, you can make easy,
cheesy flatbread pizzas with it in just 15 minutes.
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 4

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 400. Garlic Naan, 4 pieces

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, then place the 2-3 Roma Tomatoes,
tomato slices on a paper towel lined plate to let the juices sliced
drain before placing on the pizza.
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
On each piece of naan, spread a layer of pesto, then add Cheese, thinly sliced

This refreshing, hearty and healthy Tortellini Chickpea salad is


great for dinner, for a potluck, or meal prep option. Make a

right out of the fridge option all week long. As a busy mama,
I'll usually pull this out and sneak a few bites throughout the
day since there is no reheating required.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
9.88 oz Greek Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini
Chickpeas with Parsley for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse under
& Cumin cold water to cool.

14.5 oz container Open up the can of chickpeas and mix it up a bit; they are
Bruschetta Sauce ready to eat, no need to heat or rinse.

12.3 oz Kalamata olives, In 4 bowls, divide the tortellini, mozzarella, olives and
sliced chickpeas. Top with Bruschetta, salt & pepper and Everyday

Preheat the oven to 400. Spray cooking oil on a baking
sheet lined with foil. Add the corn tortillas in a single layer, 16 oz can Refried Beans
spray lightly with some more cooking oil on top and sprinkle
with sea salt. Bake for 5 minutes, flip and bake for 5 minutes 8-10 Corn Tortillas

12 oz container Pico de Gallo
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Remove the soy
chorizo from the casing and cook for 5-8 minutes, breaking it Mexican Style Roasted Corn
up with a spatula as it cooks. with Cotija Cheese

In a saucepan, empty the can of refried beans and heat on


low heat, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tablespoon of water at Olive oil
a time until you have reached the desired consistency. Add Cooking Spray
a pinch of sea salt. Sea Salt

On a non-stick skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add


the corn and sauce pellets and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the tostadas: On the warm, freshly baked

READY IN 25 MIN SERVES 2-3

Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, or any day of the week is


perfect for these Sweet Potato Tacos. Packed with veggies
like crispy, smoky sweet potatoes and savory roasted corn
topped with Cotija cheese, you'll be craving these easy and
tasty tacos all week long.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
2 small Sweet Potatoes, In a bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of
cubed olive oil, sea salt, paprika and garlic powder and mix well.

15.5 oz Organic Black In a preheated air fryer, air fry them at 400 for 10-15 minutes,
Beans tossing them halfway.

14 oz Mexican Style Rinse and drain the ready-to-eat black beans and set aside.
Roasted Corn with Cotija
Cheese On a non-stick skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add
the corn and sauce pellets and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Corn Tortillas
Heat up the tortillas, then assemble the tacos. Scoop some
1-2 Avocados, sliced sweet potatoes, corn and black beans into the warm tortilla,
then top with sliced avocado and Cotija cheese.

Paprika Non-Air Fryer Method: Place the sweet potatoes in an even
Garlic Powder layer on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 375 for 25

Sage Brown Butter
BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI
A quick and easy way to transform Trader Joe's refrigerated ravioli into a
decadent 5 star meal.
READY IN 15 MIN SERVES 2

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 8.8 oz Butternut Squash
3 minutes. Reserve about 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain. Ravioli
Add the ravioli back into the pot and toss with a drizzle of
olive oil. 1/4 cup parmesan
Cheese, grated
Make the brown butter sauce: In a stainless steel pan or light
colored pan*, heat 5 tablespoons of butter and the crushed 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage,
garlic cubes, and stir continuously as they melt. The butter chopped
will start to foam after about 3-4 minutes, and you will start
to see brown flecks at the bottom of the pan. As soon as the 2 Crushed Garlic Cubes
butter is brown and you see the brown flecks, turn off the
heat. Add in the chopped sage. The sage will cook in the Candied Pecans
hot butter.
Salt & pepper to taste
Add the Parmesan cheese, ravioli, and half of the pasta Butter
water to the brown butter sage sauce and stir to combine. Olive oil
Continue adding pasta water until you get the desired
consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Serve and top with candied pecans and more grated


Parmesan cheese.

*You need a light colored or stainless steel pan to make the


brown butter sauce because you'll need to be able to see
the bottom of the pan for the brown flecks. You won't be
able to see them in a black pan.

Tip: You'll know the butter will have browned when you
smell a nutty aroma. Make sure to turn the heat off once it is
browned because it can quickly burn.

Tip: Trader Joe's sells jars of Brown Butter in case you do not
want to make it yourself!

Penne Arrabbiata
WITH BURRATA
READY IN 10 MIN SERVES 2

The creaminess of the fresh burrata combined with the


spiciness of the penne arrabbiata sauce topped with fresh
basil will have you feeling like you're eating at a fancy
restaurant in Italy.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
16 oz Penne Arrabbiata Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a skillet and add the frozen
penne pasta and sauce pellets. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring
8 oz container Burrata occasionally, until the sauce is heated through.

10-12 Basil leaves Divide the pasta between two plates and top each with
burrata, a drizzle of olive oil, torn pieces of fresh basil and
Crushed Red Pepper crushed red pepper.
