INTRODUCTION

该机器用于生产带手挽的手提纸袋，由手挽工位将制好的圆绳和卷筒纸片自动做成手挽，通过输送系统将做好

的手挽传送给切把、送把、贴把、压把的工位，然后将原色或印刷好的卷筒纸进行贴片位点断、贴片位涂胶、自动
粘贴手挽，再由主机将贴有手挽的纸张进行涂边胶、成筒、切断、压痕、底部涂胶、袋底成形并输送出袋，整个过
程一次性同步完成。真正实现了全自动化生产，能够有效地节省人工成本。
整机采用日本原装进口的三菱伺服电控系统，确保整机能够快速稳定地运行，又能有效地减少纸袋尺寸调整的
时间。生产的纸袋及成品精确度高，稳定性强，维护简便，生产高效，是各大印刷厂及生产纸袋厂家理想的选购设
备。

This machine is specially designed to make paper shopping bags with handles inline fully automatically. The
handles will be delivered to the main machine after being produced by the handle making unit, and being cut
and pasted to the paper. This machine can form the paper bag in one process from the paper roll, handle
patching, side gluing, tube forming & cutting, bottom creasing & gluing and forming to bags collection in the
control of servo motors (Mitsubishi brand, imported from Japan) to ensure the high precision and stability,
simple maintenance and high efficiency. Thus it is an ideal equipment for printing houses and paper bag
manufacturers.

FEEDING UNIT
卷筒原纸是固定在气涨轴后再通
过自动油压升降系统的摆臂上料
下料，该放料机组配有纸张用完后
的警铃提示功能；配有对卷筒纸送
料时的自动纠偏功能；配有对卷筒
纸送纸时的衡定涨力的功能；平时
在更换卷筒纸时通过简单的开关
控制就可以轻松完成工作。

B. 手挽制作机组
HANDLE MAKING UNIT
由两卷原纸片和纸绳一并进料，将
卷筒原纸片与绕制的圆纸绳进行
水胶与热胶的粘合；再由压合装置
对手挽片进行输送压合；然后给手
挽进行对半切开并传送给贴把机
构。

C. 手挽贴把机组
HANDLE PATCHING UNIT
将做好传送来的手挽片进行裁断
后转输送给纵向拨销；由拨销工位
将裁断后的手挽送至要生产纸袋
的袋口指定位置；再给手挽与纸袋
指定位进行上水胶并粘合，然后给
粘贴在纸袋上的手挽进行压合固
定并传输给成型机组。

将粘贴好手把并上好边胶的原纸
进行成筒；成好的纸筒根据设定要
求牵引输送至单个裁断；再传送至
大毂机构开四角底（大毂配有真空
吸气辅助开底装置），再经上底胶
后插底并袋底成四方型；然后再由
传送压合部位出袋。

B. 印刷部分 PRINTING PART

• 气动进退离版，停机自动起版后自动运墨，开机报警启动自动落版印刷。
• 上墨由陶瓷网纹辊封闭式钢刮刀刮墨，墨泵循环油墨。
• 同步电机点动式 360º连续纵向对花，精度高达±0.1mm
• 装印刷版辊采用横向套筒式装版。
• 节上墨压力与压印压力采用双直线导轨、滚珠丝杆调节，压印辊、网线辊、印版辊分别采用固定圈，在印
刷时候，上墨与压印精准，不会跳动。

• 本机是主电机采用同步带传动硬齿面齿轮箱，齿轮箱采用同步带传动每个印刷组高精密行星齿轮箱（360º
调版）齿轮传动压印辊（可正反印转换）
• 印刷后走料位置长，使油墨容易烘干、材料冷却好。
