It’s unfortunate the TAC couldn’t get reactivated because of the dormancy is more than 12
months and the TAC is no more the 6 digit it used to be. Due to this reason the management of
Fiba bank was unable to reactivate the TAC which you already had. This means we have to get
a new TAC which is now 9 digit code to enable us carry out this transfer successfully. The new
TAC is now $900.00 instead of the $750.00 it used to cost.

But the management of Fiba have agreed to take 50% of the $950.00 which $475.00 due to its
urgency to enable us carry out your desired initial transfer amount which $49,000.00.Already
we have received $225 which was supposed to be used for reactivation of the previous TAC
you had. So you need to balance the difference which is $250 to enable us carry out this
transfer accordingly by tomorrow 21st January 2022.

department and the Fiba bank in general. We have done every reconciliation as required with
your file, the only problem and the only delay now is the TAC which needs to be replaced with
the new 9 digit TAC to enable us proceed with your initial transfer without any delay.

Your initial transfer is scheduled again for tomorrow January 21st 2022.So you are required by
this letter to send the remaining fee to have the new TAC tomorrow morning to enable us carry
out your initial transfer accordingly same tomorrow January 21st 2022.

We are going to send funds to you by electronic wire transfer from our FIBA bank to your
Academy bank account upon receipt of this fee to make up the fee for the new TAC You have
no reason to be afraid as everything is okay and sorted out with your file. If not this TAC issue
which needs to be replaced immediately, by now you would have received your initial transfer
of $49,000.00 into your academy bank account. We urge you once again to send the $250 usd
upon receipt of this message as this is the very very last needful payment needed to effect on
the initial transfer accordingly by tomorrow January 21st 2022.

This is to assure you that you will get your initial transfer within the next 24hours after sending
the money today. Mr. Jupiter Aranza Desphy Jr you have no reason to be afraid. We are
interested in ensuring that you receive your initial fund transfer immediately after sending this
$250.00 usd for new TAC today so kindly send the money today and you will get your initial
fund transfer by tomorrow January 21st 2022.

The management and the Board of the directors of this bank will not be happy with any delay
from your end as any delay may result to the cancelation of already scheduled initial transfer
into your academy bank tomorrow January 21st 2022. Please you really have to ensure that you
send the fee today so as to enable you received your initial transfer without any delay or
excuse by tomorrow January 21st 2022.
