the City of Toronto. I have had the pleasure of being Ashley’s supervisor at Stagecoach
Performing Arts when she was working as a volunteer and then as a paid teaching assistant
for the past year.

During her time at Stagecoach, Ashley was always eager to learn and take on new
responsibilities and tasks. She shows excellent initiative and drive. She is inquisitive and is
always interested in bettering herself and learning new skills. She has shown a lot of growth
in teaching a variety of age groups and classroom management and is able to confidently
teach all three disciplines. She can successfully lead drama games, demonstrate and teach
material in drama, dance, and music, and lead a variety of rehearsals. She is passionate
about teaching and the performing arts and that passion comes through in everything she
does. She shows excellent leadership skills and has contributed significantly to the success
of our performing arts program. Her dedication and commitment to the performing arts and
her love of teaching make her an excellent candidate for your Performing Arts Instructor
position.
