and Metallographic testing.
● Extensive knowledge of ASME IΧ welding codes, ISO 5817 standard for welding and
offer technical support to welding projects.
● Participate in Failure analysis of components and complicated quality inspections.
● Solid understanding of product development procedures, reverse engineering, validation &
measurement, manufacturing process and investigation of durability, failure and test for
products.
● Handling customer complaints by investigating Root cause Analysis. Take up
Corrective and preventive action to eliminate Non Conformance.
● Review documents of external origin such as customer supplied information (such as
drawings, reference standards, testing plans, and work instruction), National/ International
for suitability and compliance to conduct the quality testing.
● Perform quality test as per defined SOP and IS, ASTM, ISO standards for the incoming
goods.Calibrate and maintain all quality instruments as per schedule and identify the
equipment quality issue.
● Report all quality related parameter to the given samples for SS, Al, and low alloy steel.
 ● Participate in internal audits and NABL final assessment as per scheduled time.
● Plan, coordinate and conduct quality control checks periodically and assuring the quality of
test results. Working with Executive management to increase the scope of technical activity.

● Checking the mechanical property like Rockwell hardness, Brinell hardness, Micro
Vickers hardness, Case depth, Tensile, Bend, Compressive, Impact test, Corrosion

● Performing all type of Macro examination test like Inspection of Weld, Carbon free
face of Gear, Crack defect, Grain flow and Induction pattern and micro examination
of steels per international standard.
● Checking the chemical property of Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum alloy by
