1. Employees are a company’s most valuable asset. An organisation


depends on the skills and abilities of its workers to reach its goals. This
places the human resources department—whose responsibilities include
recruitment selection, performance management, and employee
retention—as a key player in a company’s success.
2. Manage the application - check application forms, shortlist, Attracting
interviewing and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's
needsinterview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful
ones.
3. Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
4. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
in electronic and digital format are accurate and up to date.
5. Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records
6. Maintaining employee records
7. Arranging training and development of new employees
8. HR’s responsibility to conduct some activities that bring a good
interaction between employees with different department.
9. HR plays a big role in this as it is responsible for preventing, addressing,
and resolving problems that arise between talents and management.
10.Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or
personally
11.To motivate the employees for maintaining all kind of personal safety.
12.Provide general administrative support to senior management
13.Monitor compliance certification BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, Better Work etc. and
handle their different audits with requirements. Review and update all
legal documents/certificate/license time to time by communicating with
the specific authorities.
