I am writing this letter to formally say my apology for the delay of my

payment of the College Uniform due to financial problem. I regret any
inconvenience as I understand that this is my responsibility as a student,
to settle all of my responsibilities in the college. However, due to
unavoidable circumstances and the cris brought to us by this pandemic. I
promise that this would be my first and last warning on this matter. I
apologize again and will avoid these circumstances to the best of my
