INTRODUCTION

As a Grade 12 student, I was given a chance to

undergo the work immersion for a duration of 2
weeks in preparation, I accomplished the needed
requirements and document first before I was
qualified for the immersion. Work immersion is
one of the course requirements for graduation. A
Senior High school has to undergo work immersion
in an industry consist of 80 hours of on hand
experience of work simulation that directly relate to
the students postsecondary goal. Work immersion
provides Senior High School learners with
opportunities to become more familiar with the
work place, simulate employment, and to apply
their competencies in areas of specializations or
applied subject in actual work environment to
prepare all learners for all curriculum exists.

Throughout the days, because of work immersion, I

improved my social interaction, and understand
differences as I encounter people everyday, be
patient to just smile and greet beyond stressful
time.
