THE SYRIAN CIVIL WAR

One of the deadliest wars of the twenty-first century has been the Syrian
Civil War, it began in March 2011 as a result of a violent government crackdown on public
demonstrations, it has killed a countless Civilians and devastated the country’s infrastructure.
We need to understands the cause and consequences of this devastating conflict that effect it’s
society,environment, politics and economic.

The origin of its causes are Economic mismanagement and Political


Repression, but it’s own country people also experience limited political freedoms, authoritarian
rule, agricultural crisis and wide spread corruption, In 2011 some protesters began calling for
political reform and an end to the state violence but the government responded with brutal force
and escalate the conflict into a full-scale civil war. The supporting evidence that the government
of Syria did a heavy-handed tactics which includes using violence against the protesters, it can
be found in numerous reports, While the military of the opposition and the other extremist
groups further more made the issue more complicated and turned it into a multi-faced struggle
for the Syrian.

The Syrian civil war had a devastating consequences, and according to the
UN 400,000 Syrians are killed, and millions of Syrians were forced to flee their home country as
refugees. The conflict destroyed the country’s society leading of displacement of millions of
people, this feud rise the extremist groups like the Islamic, destabilizing the regions. Before the
conflict happened Syria’s economic was stable but when the conflict happened unemployment
rises, and the decline in GDP increases , which left many Syrians to be jobless And the
country’s infrastructure was destroyed too, the schools, hospitals, and other services were
rampage and the country’s economy had collapsed leaving million of Syrians having no access
to any food and water and other basic necessities for living.

And its has a impact in other neighboring countries too such as the middle
east regions, Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan this countries are the one who shouldered the
burden of hosting millions of Syrian refugees, they welcome this refugees in their country
without any discrimination, instead they provided an economy security, education opportunities
and many more services to the Syrians refugees which their own country cannot provide for
them. Those Violence, persecution, poverty, food insecurity, limited educational,
corruption,Economic mismanagement , Political Repression and Forced migration due to war
that led them to be forcefully remove in their own country homes.
