Narrative Report on the Conduct of SPG

Election for SY 2021-2022
Sta.Ana Elementary School in accrodance with DepEd OUA
Memorandum 00-0821-0140 entitled INTERIM GUIDELINES ON
STUDENT GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS FOR SY 2021-2022 UNDER
THE NEW NORMAL conducted an online election.

The SPG Adviser, Mrs. Marijoy M. Maghirang organized an online

meeting with the advisers of Grades 3-6 and their elected Homeroom
Officers. With the current group, two partylists were created. The list of
official candidates was posted on each group chat and facebook account
of each grade level. Then, the online voting was done on October
18,2021. There were fifty two pupils who casted their votes and Piel L.
Malijan was hailed as the new SPG President.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE

GLOBAL HANDWASHING 2021

Sta.Ana Elementary School of Sto.Tomas South District participates in

the Globally Hand Washing Day with the theme: “MALINIS NA KAMAY
PARA SA KINABUKASAN NG BAYAN”, with the support of our dearest
Head Teacher I, Ms. Thelma M. Perez.
Through group chat of each teachers, their students sent pictures and
videos to show that they also supports the said celebration.
Using the different platforms in the new normal, SAES teacher
facilitator’s find time to keep informing their pupils on the proper handwashing
techniques with the guidance of their parents at home. Singing the birthday song
twice makes the activity interesting.
Hand in hand support for the safety and health of our learners in this time
of pandemic pivots Sulong Edukalidad mantra that creates positive impact of
being always clean and healthy to prevent COVID-19.
