    This document provides recommendations for the use of various anti-rheumatic drugs in pregnancy. It indicates that prednisolone, hydroxychloroquine, sulfasalazine, azathioprine, cyclosporine, and TNF inhibitors can be used during pregnancy with monitoring. Methotrexate, leflunomide, mycophenolate, COX-2 inhibitors, and cyclophosphamide are contraindicated. Tofacitinib, baricitinib, and apremilast may be considered for severe maternal disease if no other options are suitable.
