Garlic Fried Chicken Recipe


Ingridients
1. Half chicken (with skin) 6. 3 pcs shallots
2. ½ tbsp salt 7. Tapioca flour
3. royco 8. ½ tsp white pepper
4. 8 pcs garlics 9. Frying pan
5. 2 tbsp coriander 10. Cooking oil

Steps
1. First, crushed 8 pcs garlics, 3 pcs shallots, and 2 tbsp coriander with a little bit water
together, for half chicken. While the spice is crushing, wash the chicken
2. Put the chicken into the bowl, Coat the chicken with the crushed spice and add tapioca
flour
3. Next, Add ½ tbsp salt and a little bit royco into the bowl of chicken
4. Then, add ½ tsp white pepper
5. Mix well the chicken and the spice
6. Pay attention to the viscosity, the thicker the spices, more delicious it will be
7. After that, Put the chicken in the refrigerator, minimum a hour. The longer it marinates, is
better
(you can marinated the chicken from the night to the morning)
8. After marinated, do the ‘double fried’
9. Heat the frying pan and the oil
10. In the ‘first fried’, fry the chicken for 8 minutes, then drain the chicken
11. Next, do the ‘second fried’. fry the ‘first fried’ chicken till the chicken crispy. In the second
fried, that chicken is fried with crushed garlic
12. Last step, drain the chicken
13. Finally, garlic fried chicken is ready to served and eaten (the chicken is better if it eaten
with the crushed fried garlic)
