 DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Alliyah’s Chicken Pastil is a Sole Proprietorship owned by Lander Rush Legarde

who generally has full control and authority over this business.

Chicken Pastil is a popular dish in the southern part of the Philippines,

particularly in the region of Mindanao. It is made with shredded chicken, rice, and
spices, wrapped and cooked in a banana leaf but our product will be different actual
idea of the food.

Our product will be on a Styrofoam container to preserve the freshness of the

product. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of turmeric, garlic, ginger and other
spices, giving it a distinct color and flavorful taste. The rice is cooked with coconut
milk, giving it a creamy texture and adding to the overall flavor of the dish. It is
typically sold as street food and is commonly served in public markets, transport
terminals, schools, and other similar locations.

 MISSION
Aims to keep a budget friendly meal and providing flavorful, satisfying and
savory meal to our valued customers. To make our customer happy and develop a
positive relationship with them.

 VISSION
To become well-known as a result of excellent customer service and quality
food, causing them to become loyal to our business.
II. PRODUCT AND SERVICES
 Pricing
At Alliyah’s Chicken Pastil, we will use a cost-plus pricing model. In order for us
to make a profit, our pricing will be determined by the cost of our products. Because it
is a new small business and a sole proprietorship, it benefits from using cost-plus
pricing because it provides full cost coverage and a consistent rate of return on
investment. Cost plus pricing ensures that the full cost of creating the product or
providing the service is covered, allowing the mark-up to ensure a positive rate of
return as long as whoever is calculating the costs per user or item is adding everything
up correctly.
