actively engage in school, acquire work readiness skills or soft skills needed for employment and be
amply ready for jobs. According to the study of Joniaková et al. (2015), demographic and social
development is soon expected to cause a shortage of professionals in specific sectors, professions, and
region businesses will need to face two fundamental challenges. Students must engage in various
cognitive, behavioral, and affective activities.
