SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
All assignments should be typed and double-spaced with 11-point font, and must be submitted via
LMS. A deduction of 10% of the assignment mark will be applied for each day of late submission.
Submission: end of course.
Points: 20% for both report. Individual presentation will be randomly chosen in class.
Length: 10 pages.

ASSIGNMENT QUESTION
Perform 2 interviews and analysis:
1. Interview a professional salesman (industry categories are freely chosen) on the roles
of sales in company's overall marketing activities. Analyse the sales strategies and
sales management that the company uses.
2. Interview a chosen group of individual customers (3-5 customers on FMCG, Service,
or Large-Volume Products) to examine their buying behaviours and influencing
factors based on the theoretical frameworks.
