Morning - this is what we got back from them:

"From the seller:

I can get all of that done. My contractor is away until Tuesday unfortunately so
all work would need to be completed before closing with a 500$ hold back.

-Washer will be working at time of closing

-water supply turned on to exterior taps and secured plus caulked
- hot water tank working
- basement cracked window fixed
-For the grading I will have window wells installed to provide proper heights of
grading to the bottom of windows.
-Plumbing clean out is existing, it’s behind the insulation. Slope of kitchen
plumbing will be increased.
-The missing outlet is in the main floor bathroom. Original building code did not
require a counter plug. It will take a lot of cutting out drywall creating
patchwork.

I wouldn’t recommend but will look into how to achieve with minimal
deconstructions!
Please advise instructions as it isn’t necessary to original code.

-Chimney will be parged

-vent pipe collar will be replaced
- window doors and windows will be caulked and sealed.

I would like to address that the inspection indicated that there is no fan in the
basement bathroom, the light is a 2 in 1 fan light combo.
Main floor is original code which requires an openable window.
We will provide our city permits that have been pulled as mentioned by Raiden"
