Maintenance Contract

This Maintenance Contract is entered into on the 13th day of June, 2023 between United
States Military (hereinafter known as Owner), and Mary Rose Anderson (hereinafter known
as Contractor),
And as requested by the Contractor the next of kin for this contract is Kevin Joseph Warren as
the Spouse of the Contractor.

This contract was awarded to the contractor by the United States Military and the United Nations
because of his hard work, reputation and good reviews from previous jobs he has done and
delivered without any complaints. The Completion date is 23rd day of August 2023 as delays will
be met with prosecution.

This contract applies to:

Yavoriv Military Base, Ukraine

Coordinates 50°00′24.1″N 23°30′02.3″E

Area 39,000 hectares (390 km2)

The Owner of the property listed above wishes to hire the Contractor for the purpose of property
maintenance.

Contractor Duties:

The parties agree that the Contractor shall perform the following duties:

1. Maintain the grounds of the property.


2. Installing Simulators.
3. Check structural integrity of base as needed.
4. Making minor interior and exterior property repairs as needed.
5. Notifying owner of repairs that require an investment of capital more than Amount on
contract.
6. Performing other routine maintenance as needed and requested by owner.

The contractor is not permitted to hire sub-contractors to satisfy the terms of this contract.

Owner’s Responsibilities and Duties:

The Owner will provide the Contractor with access to the property, including giving the
Contractor any keys or security codes needed for access.
Compensation:

The owner will pay the contractor on a bi-weekly basis and according to quotation and proposal
the total sum of the contract amounts to $125,000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars). The owner agrees to pay an hourly rate of $85 for all additional work not
covered in this contract.

N.B:
with the little experience that we have encountered with previous contractors, and some of the
workers that we have assigned to this project, the United nations declared, that any Contractor
that have been assigned to this contract must pay an initial deposit in the sum of $5,000.00
(Five Thousand Dollars) which will be refunded to the contractor as soon as the contract is
completed. The UN have signed and also approved the contract which is $125,000.00 (One
Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Dollars) approved by the United States Military.

The Contractor is an independent contractor and is responsible for paying all employment, state
and federal taxes. The Owner will not withhold any amount from the Contractor as a payee for
paying taxes.

Insurance:

1. The Contractor is responsible for securing liability insurance and for submitting proof of
liability coverage before beginning work.
2. As an independent contractor, the Contractor is not entitled to worker’s compensation.

Contract Termination:

This contract may be terminated at any time, by either party, without penalty, provided a 30-
day notice is given in writing. The Owner may cancel the contract at any time, without advance
notice or penalty, in the event of gross negligence on the part of the Contractor.

By signing below, both parties agree to be bound by the terms of this contract.
