Greetings of Joy and Peace!

One of the goals of the Department of Education is to produce lifelong
learners that can meet the demands of the present society. This goal demands
a balance exposure of our learners to academic and skill related activities. In
order to facilitate its implementation, the undersigned has designed
INTRAMURAL MEET that aims to promote sportsmanship and select potential
athletes among and from our learners who will be our players for the athletic
meet (Cluster and Division level).
With this, the undersigned would like to formally ask your approval to
conduct the 2023 Intramural Meet which well be held on September 22, 2023
at NVNHS Ground. Should this request be granted, the undersigned would like
to ask your approval of its request to conduct sports-related activities to all
students every Friday 7:30am-4:00 pm only starting September 22-October 13,
2023 for the selection of Athlete for the incoming Heptagonal Meet.
Attached is a copy of the activity matrix for your reference.

The undersigned firmly believes that your good office has this passion to
extend utmost support on the Department’s aim to offer relevant and quality
services to its learners.
